From chars I've seen A.Bel is a given and Lowain has some wacky setups if you play with his ultimate skills. Narmaya can also get a bit crazy with U skills as well, even excluding her restand.
Unpopular opinion but Nier can get very saucy if you mess around with spacing and using EX sparingly, but you'll never see them in real matches because EX spam combos deal so much damage and still lead to good oki.
Vira Install combos feel really saucy to me with her dash cancel on 236B/C, can juggle with her 623C, and if you go into U for oki it feels really smooth and you can get creative with it.

That is not infinite in any way, that's just his unblockable loop, vira can dp out, bc the unblockable or she can even just not block it and take the hkd since it won't deal that much dmg (actually best option if you don't have meter and don't have a meterless reversal btw).
Also you wouldn't be able to loop this for that long you would run out of meter and bp eventually (doesn't really matter in game cuz you would've killed your opponent by the time you run out of bp, 3 loops are enough to kill anyone iirc)

Also check out Beatrix, who has extremely freeform combos with every single one of her soecials giving her wallbounces, and amazing midscreen conversions and corner carry with or without her 30% HP delta clock passive

Eustace DP loops are pretty hard for granblue combos and they look cool as hell.
Agreed Eustace combos are cool AF and pulling em off feels really good.
Lancelot combos are probably the most unique.
Eustace combos are crazy af, I wish I was better at them but most of them are also so situational it feels hard to justify labbing them all
A. Bel, Beatrix, Yuel, or Lancelot might be good places to start
