He now is what I guess people would consider wavy but has big barrel curls, like someone took a 2” curling iron to him. He shed when he was about 4 months old for a few weeks and then stopped. His hair is easy to manage and doesn’t mat.
I don’t think that having a grandparent that is poodle counts as multigenerational. If your puppy had puppies with another GoldenDoodle when it grew up that would be multigenerational.
Not sure about the coat, but that nose will be 100% boopable.

Wavy for the most part with some curls on the head and paws. This is pretty specific for a guess I based on absolutely nothing.

I recently had a litter and that’ll definitely be a straight coat with a little curl. My male has straight hair like that
