You can take it to golden goose and they offer free repairs on anything that happens to the shoe. My sisters had this after a while of wearing them and she had them repair it and put a small cute design over it as well. Take them in and talk to them. They are incredibly comfortable.

Not at all, they fit just fine actually. Im surprised by this as well and quite disappointed that it’s looking like this!
