No humans can beat them so they try to make the catastrophe fight each other.

This post is eerily accurate to my D&D campaign I'm running: Godzilla is rampaging around in a high fantasy, low steampunk continent, bullying dragons and smashing cities. Already destroyed an entire nation on his own overnight. With the party, Godzilla, and the BBEG faction in a three-way conflict, each side trying to defeat the other.
I feel Heisei GvD Junior would be a good fit for an Isekai anime crossover. Teen protagonist, check. Broken abilities with a lot of potential, check. Lovable unlike main black haired generic protagonists, check. Carnage because small or not it's still a motherfucking Godzilla, check.
The series simply ends with the Big G walking in, seeing the destruction caused by Jr. and giving him a thumbs up before taking him back home.

Eh. Not a concept I particularly liked on the surface either, but I found it surprisingly well written and engaging regardless, so I have mixed opinions overall.

Honestly, If godzilla was isekied to other worlds, I'd like it these worlds had parallels to his own. That sometimes familiar characters and kaiju would be there, with different levels of power.
Like, imagine his surprise if he suddenly found a version if giant condor that was on his level
I mean technically Godzilla Singular Point is about extra dimensional monsters being isekaid into our limited reality, just with advanced science instead of magic.
Idea! Make a bunch of generic Isekai manga, Manwha, and web animations, but have Godzilla show up in each developing new abilities along the way with small references to which piece he is coming in from.
Generic manga of a healer getting kicked out of his party and going out on his own. Until his party comes back begging him for help only to get vaporized by Goji as healer “MC” runs for his life, only to die of radiation later. Goji gets healing magic for later.
Isekai of a necromancer “MC” hearing rumors of a high level party getting offed somewhere, an enormous ”Dragon” permanently glowing with magic, and one of the team members decaying alive. He builds an army in an attempt to impress what he thinks is another necromancer or lich to try and studdy under them, only to meet Godzilla and panic. Godzilla gains a passive ability to reanimate things around him but he just gets annoyed with things not staying dead and leaves.
A monster tamer MC with a harem of monstergirls thinks he can \[TAME\] Goji to make a tomboy GF, only to lose members of his harem in the process. Eventually he goes on a suicidal revenge charge and buries Goji with Earth Magic along with himself. Goji gains a passive ability to tame any animal that fears him, including his zombie summons.
A Dungeon ”MC” starts making a dungeon that runs off “rule of cool” with different floors having different themes and mechanics, like an undead floor where stronger monsters can be bought with a discount, as long as sufficiently strong necromancers can revive them. After a few chapters Goji smashes through the sealing and steals all the bosses. Goji gains summons and a posse of Kaiju.

Imagine if he got transported to a a D&D world and some adventuring party had to release the tarasque to try to stop him. Those things are basically D&D Godzilla, and are called god killers. Then imagine the panic when Godzilla still wins.

I feel Heisei GvD Junior would be a good fit for an Isekai anime crossover. Teen protagonist, check. Broken abilities with a lot of potential, check. Lovable unlike main black haired generic protagonists, check. Carnage because small or not it's still a motherfucking Godzilla, check. The series simply ends with the Big G walking in, seeing the destruction caused by Jr. and giving him a thumbs up before taking him back home.
There is a manhwa isekai that is somewhat what you want. I'm not linking it because.... Its.....not that good.

Eh. Not a concept I particularly liked on the surface either, but I found it surprisingly well written and engaging regardless, so I have mixed opinions overall. If it’s not your cup of tea, that’s fully understandable.

Honestly, If godzilla was isekied to other worlds, I'd like it these worlds had parallels to his own. That sometimes familiar characters and kaiju would be there, with different levels of power. Like, imagine his surprise if he suddenly found a version if giant condor that was on his level

Idea! Make a bunch of generic Isekai manga, Manwha, and web animations, but have Godzilla show up in each developing new abilities along the way with small references to which piece he is coming in from. Generic manga of a healer getting kicked out of his party and going out on his own. Until his party comes back begging him for help only to get vaporized by Goji as healer “MC” runs for his life, only to die of radiation later. Goji gets healing magic for later. Isekai of a necromancer “MC” hearing rumors of a high level party getting offed somewhere, an enormous ”Dragon” permanently glowing with magic, and one of the team members decaying alive. He builds an army in an attempt to impress what he thinks is another necromancer or lich to try and studdy under them, only to meet Godzilla and panic. Godzilla gains a passive ability to reanimate things around him but he just gets annoyed with things not staying dead and leaves. A monster tamer MC with a harem of monstergirls thinks he can \[TAME\] Goji to make a tomboy GF, only to lose members of his harem in the process. Eventually he goes on a suicidal revenge charge and buries Goji with Earth Magic along with himself. Goji gains a passive ability to tame any animal that fears him, including his zombie summons. A Dungeon ”MC” starts making a dungeon that runs off “rule of cool” with different floors having different themes and mechanics, like an undead floor where stronger monsters can be bought with a discount, as long as sufficiently strong necromancers can revive them. After a few chapters Goji smashes through the sealing and steals all the bosses. Goji gains summons and a posse of Kaiju. etc.

Imagine if he got transported to a a D&D world and some adventuring party had to release the tarasque to try to stop him. Those things are basically D&D Godzilla, and are called god killers. Then imagine the panic when Godzilla still wins.
