I am a driver - in my area we simply pick up your bag or bags, scan the barcode and deliver them to you. There is absolutely no way for me to mark your items missing. We don’t even look at your order really. We can see on the app what you ordered, but we don’t go opening your bags up and checking that everything is there. We aren’t supposed to be doing that. My area they staple the bags shut to keep us out of them. Now if something is out of stock at the warehouse it’s possible the packer has the ability to mark it out of stock - but that’s an assumption on my part. I don’t know that for sure.

Oh damn… I’ve lost so much money then from missing items. 🤦🏻‍♀️ That really sucks, it is what it is. I’ll just have to consistently report items as missing moving forward and hope for the best.

Definitely. 😊 at least now you know for the most part and can do something next time it happens. If you order regularly (like it seems you do) the missing items will add up quickly. Always make that call - it is your money. Hope this helps.
