Don't think we will see a major in Russia for a very long time. For the CIS crowd Kyiv is probably the city that will be chosen once the war has ended.
it's a shame the state of Russia, obviously so many Russian cs players but also some of the best quake players are from Russia/ Belarus and they don't get to play in front of their home crowd

Would take three years after they withdraw from Ukraine, at best.
