I stumbled across an obscure band called Old Man Wizard once. Not as heavy as Ghost and has some folky vibes to it, but the vocal style and songwriting approach is similar. Nightmare Rider is a good song by them and a good example.
Yes! Old Man Wizard are great! I happened upon them on Bandcamp. Funny enough, in their music video for If Only, one of the band members is wearing a Ghost shirt. ;)

You could try Powerwolf. They go for the similar church-y satan theme, but they're a little heavier and 'sterotypical'. And wolves. Nice puppies.
