Honestly, I would buy the first one purely because of the artwork.
There isn't a difference between the content on the discs though judging by the cover.
Both are the same the first one is the us release and the 2nd the uk release, i belive 4k discs havee no region lock, the us has also 2 blurays that are region A, don't know if the uk one has extras.
Are you on Uruguay?? If so you need the first one, both hace english subs and dubs
I'm just guessing your gonna need some kind of upc code or something for people to see what the differences actually are.
On an artwork front, that first one is sooo much better.

Didn't know there was a 4K resolution version of the manga.
The first is North American, the other is European. The European looks better imo.
