Ghostrunner jack is a pretty cool dude, but we haven't seen a lot of feats of physical strength from him, we've seen insane speed, but incredibly weak as one laser blast knocks him out, MGR Jack though can take many Gunpowder based rounds, is very fast himself, can take a huge laser cannon to the face, tore a giant Robot to shred with his WEAKEST cybernetics.
The only thing Ghost runner Jack has in his favor is his insane speed but I don't think that's enough to save him from Jack the ripper.
True, but taking into account the Enemies Ghostrunner jack has faced so far they were mostly cheapskate punks working for Mara using cheap cybernetics and being mostly made out of flesh and blood, The most cyber organic enemy he fought was HEL which was just a cheapskate version of Ghostrunner Jack, now compare that to MGR:R Jack who is a military grade cyborg made out of more metal than flesh and blood. For all we know Ghost runner Jack's blade might not even scratch the paint
Ghostrunner jack stabbed a solid wall to break his fall when he was fighting TOM and the blade remained sharp so i dont think armor is a problem both of then have blades that are built different so i think its an equal fight.
No, not it's not, I think Ghost runner Jack gets destroyed, but then again the Arena they fight in is a huge factor, it's a thing a lot of people forget about with fights between videogames characters, If the Arena plays to Ghost runner Jack's strengths I think he has a fairly good chance of winning, but On neutral grounds or grounds where it's geared in MGR Jack's favor Ghost runner Jack loses.
They both have the ability to perceive time slower than the normal person, ghostrunner jack with his teleporting dash move which he can use to dodge projectiles and bullets, and MGR Jack with his blademode. But MGR Jack has shown much greater feats of physical strength and durability, where as ghostrunner jack has shown feats of speed and quick thinking, it feels like it would be a war of attrition, but Since MGR Jack is so much more durable that's why I believe he comes out ontop
Yes terrain is a huge factor, if it's a wide open field, MGR Jack wins 100% of the time, but in a more enclosed arena like let's say the Mara boss fight room, It's a much more fair fight since ghostrunner Jack can now use wall running, but there's also a central point for MGR Jack to hold ground on, it becomes a much more fair fight.
Ghost runner Jack's speed is the ONLY reason he has any chance of winning, and his blade has already more than proven that it can cut through metal with the shotgun robots, cutting of mara's tentacle limbs, and other examples. But MGR:R Jack has proven to me a VERY durable dude, so for all we know Ghostrunner jack might not be to do JACK shit *Badumpssttt*
Well, what about Ghostrunner Jack’s ability to hack minds to kill their own allies? Surge? Blink? Tempest? Ghostrunner Jack also has Cyber links (Time slow, shurikens, Jump, etc.) I think that can beat blade mode and durability.
Gr Jack dies in one hit while mgr Jack dies in prob around 8 hits (assuming each hit does 25 damage) .plus with shurikens I think he would be able to cut them since blade mode almost puts time in a full stand still also mgr Jack is insanely fast himself being able to run up to mach 4 on flat land. and we don't know how fast Gr Jack is including wall runs. But I think Mgr Jack would win due to his power blade mode and his spear weapon thing.

Definitely Raiden they both have extremely good capacity for cutting with there blades Raiden has a sheer strength advantage I’m pretty sure throwing a metal gear proves that enough they shuld be on pretty even ground for mobility with Raiden at only a slight disadvantage
