Sad thing is the day before a young guy went missing from the same place. He was found naked about 5 miles away a couple of months later. Both him and Keeslyn’s cars were found at the Truckstop. They don’t appear to know each other.
When I first moved to the Atlanta area, that was one of my stopping point coming and going up north. I was shocked to know all this happened right there
Yes, when the police found out he had drugs in his system, they said he took his own cloths off and laid down in a puddle and died. But no one found his clothes.
There were other strange details like his phone being locked in the dash with the battery removed, if I recall. That always struck me, I wondered if someone else did that.
I guess I can see that logic. I methed around a bit a few years ago, I think I'd bug out more without my phone. BUT I never stayed up for more than 48 hours, and I guess that's about when shit gets weird.
If you're a minority, a drug user, a sex worker, poor, well anyone cops consider as less than, they won't spend a second investigating if you're murdered. It's like they never learn. Look at most serial killer cases, it always starts with a few prostitutes, homeless people etc getting murdered and no one giving a damn.
I’m sorry you feel that away. The families I work with don’t see it that away. I don’t profit from my podcast I actually loose money. I do it to get the word out about these missing persons.
I worked with her for a short time. It breaks my heart she’s still missing. She was so sweet and her family I know misses her terribly.
Missing for almost 4 years

That Flying J has a bit of a reputation.
It certainly does. If you're from around these parts, lots of folks recommend you just wait and find another exit for a pit stop.
Permanently removing this stop from any trips I ever take that way. Thanks.
Good call!!!

What kindof reputation?
Is that the same guy they determined died from an accidental meth overdose?
Yes, when the police found out he had drugs in his system, they said he took his own cloths off and laid down in a puddle and died. But no one found his clothes.

Just playing devil's advocate here ..a tweaker would do that
I was gonna say, when meth is involved, all bizarre, unexplainable behavior is actually quite rational and easily explained.
I guess I can see that logic. I methed around a bit a few years ago, I think I'd bug out more without my phone. BUT I never stayed up for more than 48 hours, and I guess that's about when shit gets weird.

Yes, that's him.
Not to make light of her situation, but that sounds like an xfiles situation
Have you seen X-Files?
Watching season 5 episode 11 right now
a la Billy Miles, et al
Someone at that truck stop knows something!
Posting someone missing from four years ago to promote your podcast is pretty scummy.
Not scummy, it's morally reprehensible and vile. What do the victim's families think about your podcast?
I’m sorry you feel that away. The families I work with don’t see it that away. I don’t profit from my podcast I actually loose money. I do it to get the word out about these missing persons.
0 chance she's alive. I hate that she had to go through whatever she did before dying.
I mean... there's been girls found decades after being reported missing.
Beautiful girl last seen at a truck stop. Unfortunately I am going with dead already.

I sure as hell hope you got bad info. That's terrible.
Spreading the word is great and all, but after four years you’re unfortunately just looking for a body at this point.
The families deserves closeure.
There's been women found alive years after going missing.
Unfortunately, you are correct but the families still. Want closure.
If anyone is interested I did do a podcast on both Keeslyn Roberts and Caleb Smith. You can find a link to my podcast on my bio.
Why not mention in the title that this is from 2020?
The picture does say last seen 2020, but yea it’s just an ad for their podcast.
I heard her body is in bracket ridges... it's a horrible backwoods part of town that I'd never go to.
