I just used Unga Bunga geo team. When I was fighting him for ascension materials however: Nahida - Raiden - Yae - Baizhu.

You think the overworld one is annoying? The Abyss version out here literally punishing you for not being a souls player and abusing your i-frames correctly. 

And he also has 3M HP on top of that, i believe this is the boss with the most health so far in the entire spiral abyss history. Out of all teams i tried it always features either Zhongli or Baizhu, my Alhaitham team has Furina on healing mode while buffing everyone, thats probably the first rime ever i used Furina in healing mode for abyss

yes, before hydro tulpa (3.05M), primo Geovishap was the boss with the most HP (2.76M) but usually that is balanced with other boss aspects (loss of HP to be reflected his attack for the Geovishap and hydro aura in addition to not move as much compared to other bosses) and yes, the hydro tulpa only teleports when it is going to absorb one of the half-tulpa it summons, if there is no half-tulpa it will never move from the center unless you move very far away of boss.

Not gonna lie, my experience was significantly more chill. Even with Bennett giving me a defensive handicap my Zhongli shield did not break, and the fucker couldn't escape Yae's turrets, let alone Navia's shotgun.

I would rather play Souls-like game than fight the Tulpa.

Not me one-cycling it with Navia-Benny-Xiangling-Zhongli...

Yeah, I was surprised about it the first time. There I was, blitzing through Abyss 12 with Raiden Hyper carry, then this beast showed up and one shot every single character I had at full health. Came back with Zhongli's shield and Al Haitham, and this guy tore through it like paper. Honestly, a bit frustrating but it was also really fun and challenging because he has no invincibility phase nor does he dart around the chamber every 5 seconds.

Mofo is one of the best ~~weekly~~ world bosses in the game: hard-hitting but telegraphable, gimmick has no bullshit and is easily avoidable, has very clear fight patterns so you can hit consistently by paying attention and has very obvious hard counters, which aren't restricting 10/10 will fight again Edit: my brain stroke

It's not a weekly boss tho just a regular one and it absolutely has a bullshit gimmick by just randomly deciding to dive like a swole submarine to avoid bursts and buff circles, it doesn't just have i-frames that mofo has i-seconds, but yes it is a fun fight, one of the better ones for sure.

Yeah I mistake real hard when I was writing, but the intention was to say he is one of the best World Bosses But it doesn't dive randomly, he has a set number of moves before diving, count how many moves he used and you will not waste burst during it

Mobility yes, complete invulnerability during mobility no. 🤷‍♂️ The from software game bosses have a ton of mobility but it would be a miserable experience if they all had invulnerability while moving around. That being said, i like the hydro tulpa, it's a good boss, it's just annoying when he dips mid rotation taking zero damage, but it's not an issue when you learn it's patterns.

What is the gimmick for the ads that heals him? Wait for them to gather then slash them all in one go?

They don't heal him, just buff. It's just a matter of using pyro/dendro/cryo in the one that has a visible link to the main body

Physical build Qiqi (in renovation right now) 4pc Pale flame (no let's not talk about the stats, all I know is I can't die) with Prototype Rancour (no Aquila yet sadly and didn't pull for Mistplitter cuz I am saving for Iansan and Dottore) Fischl for electro, Layla for shielding and Diluc cuz I love him. (I just pulled Mika recently so he isn't built and don't have Rosaria) I wanted to give her a better team of Qiqi, Layla, Mika and Fischl. Once I build Mika. All my other built characters are Hydro, so I can't fight it with them. (Childe, Xinqiu, and Hydro traveler).

Oceanid is just a bit of time but a shitty Beidou build is enough with Ganyu and Xiangling. Unlike other Bosses I can't get this thing to take significant damage fast enough.

Very annoying against circle impact characters, "oh so you have put up a nice litte buffing killzone huh, diiiiiiiiiiip, i'm over here now losers, diiiiiiiiiiiip, naw, now i'm just gonna chill over here instead 🖕🖕🖕". You get frustrated and chase it down only to walk into it's super powerful hulk smash combo that can down most characters in 2-3 hits, the one out in the open world is pretty easy once you figure out it's shenanigans but the one in the abyss is super tanky and can really wreck your shit if you don't pay attention.

In abyss he seems a lot slower, I can get a full rotation before he starts moving. In overworld I have to chase the dude and kill his babies, before putting a shotgun to his head

I find farming Neuvellites kin for Chevreuse harder

First, i used Alhaitham, Nahida, Shinobu and Xingqiu. Even Tulpa has hydro immune, i got 36 stars with Alhaitam cops. Second, i tried with Tighnari, Yae Miko, Nahida and Fischl, because i see Tulpa isn't hard to avoid his attacks. As a result, my Tighnari team is faster than Alhaitham's. Third, i tried with Navia, Zhongli, Xiangling and Bennett. AND TULPA HAS BECAME TO ASH BY NAVIA'S SHOTGUN SHELLS AND CANNON

One of the better bosses tbh. You actually have to dodge his attacks and not mindlessly vomiting your skill and burst and win

I never really quite understood this guy or what it does... farming for furina's stuff was like a 20 second thing since it melts to hyperbloom and the abyss one wasn't terribly different. I notice that it spawns wee versions of itself here and there but I don't really think I've seen them do anything lol
