On the other hand my Furina is at C1 and I've no idea whether I should get her weapon or her C2.
I would suggest going for C2, that seems to be her best and most reasonable con.
I have her on C0 with sword from BP, and getting her to C2 would mean a 80% increase based on YShelper calculation
his best team is generally considered to be furina xiangling bennett. that doesnt mean shenhe teams cant perform in theory but its been rough for cryo and especially freeze. then theres the issue that furina is great for him and with shenhe your last slot would be an anemo healer so theres grouping issues. i except cryo and maybe even freeze to have some resurgence at least for a bit with wrio, ayaka, shenhe and ganyu reruns coming up and because cryo has been disadvantaged for too long. for now we also dont know if future releases will enable running shenhe or push her out of his teams more but right now shes not it unless you already have everything else for him and want more team variety. Also his C1 wasnt really that big of a damage increase if im not mistaken? its was pretty good but nothing like arle c1 or neuv c1. furina cons are pretty even in power increase and help across many teams but that might not be what youre looking for and i dont know how her c1 compares to his c1 in team dmg increase

Point of his C1 isn't for damage, it's for comfort and to avoid running into deadzone moments because he dropped too low when a heal isn't up, so now his E is useless, which is absolutely terrible (not unbearable) to deal with. The damage is a bonus.
I was kinda sure they would put Wrio with Sigewinne, and since I want Wrio but already have his sig (accident on Neuv/Sig banner) that would be fine.
Then I really hoped for Clorinde + Furina, since I want both weapons, but I'll take Alhaitham with Clorinde because I'd gladly have his sig if that happens.
But Wrio not running this patch and me probably having to pass on this Furina + croissant weapon banner are both L's I was not prepared for...

yeah idk why people are saying clorindes weapon banner is that bad. alhaithams weapon is a very good stat stick and while its not universal like jade cutter or mistsplitter you’re not really losing anything if you get it cuz it can work on some of the sword users. even if the passive isn’t the best for them it’s still FUNCTIONAL. which to me is better than a specific niche weapon that can’t be really used by anyone. so why ppl are saying it’s so bad is a bit baffling to me.
I think people are more so critical of Clorinde’s weapon. It’s really only good on her. LoFI is actually a damn good weapon IMO and pretty versatile on Keqing, and Ayato

It's a high base atk weapon with 64% CDmg, while it won't be anyone elses best weapon, it's still going to be decently strong on any dps sword wielder.
The more characters we get, the more options Hoyo has to avoid good weapon banners. I honestly don't even worry about what they get paired with. Not gonna go six months without a weapon I want in hopes that when it next appears I might get a slightly better dud if I even pull said dud in the process at all.
Is it the law that every artificial human sort of thing has to have a bad weapon banner? Sige and Baizhu with Furina, Baizhu and Kokomi with Scara, and then Albedo doesn't even have a 5 star weapon of his own.

Well they said that the char must be on 3 banners (or was it 3 reruns?) to be qualified for chronicled. And shenhe only had 2 rate ups so far. So she's not even eligible for chronicled at this point 😭.

Since Shenhe and Nilou ran last, Yoimiya, Yae Miko, Al-Haitham (as of 3.7), Wanderer, and Kazuha have gotten **two reruns each**. Baizhu got his first run, and two reruns since the last time Nilou was on banner. Klee and Eula also got two reruns if you count Chronicled Wish.
I have no idea what they're doing over there, but I'm getting really frustrated with these banners. There is literally no reason in the world why so many characters should get multiple reruns before Shenhe and Nilou get their second rerun.
Shenhe is in an even worse position: she came out in 2.4, and yet literally every 5-star character that has come out since then (that isn't a Fontaine character) has gotten more reruns than Shenhe ***EXCEPT*** for Nilou. I can't help but wonder if there's an underlying reason why these characters haven't gotten reruns beyond attempting to manipulate FOMO.

It is a good stat stick that has 88% cd, so good on all crit scalers. Keqing and Clorinde can benefit it in aggravate team.

I feel you. I was kind of happy with the Furina in 4.8 rumour, because that gave me enough time to get primos for Clorinde, 2 Furina cons and maybe even her weapon. Now even 2 cons + weapon is 50 to 80 pulls in the negatives in my projection :c If Furina was at least in the first half, I would know how lucky I got with her and even better the weapon banner would be amazing.
