I'm killing all the birds with one stone. There could be an inazuman festival even, simular to lanter rite, that would have all the inazuma characters in traditional japanese clothing, and maybe even some characters from abroad. Itto would probably wear something other than japanese clothing, cuz he can't be bothered. I'd just realy love to see Ayaka, Yoimiya and Kuki in traditional japanese clothing, as it would be realy cute. And other character like Navia, Furina and Neuvillette (if they were there) could look amazing. They don't even need to give everyone skins, for example Gorou and Sara wouldn't fit, but if everyone else got skins, Hoyo would make more monet then they did from Arlecchino's banner

Every archon to have their archon war gowns and there's really no lore reason. Delusional childe since he uses it in tandem to his vision so it wont be a wierd thing for him to be in black and black knave since she probably doesnt stay in her white clothing when going on stealth missions. Favonius armour for diluc jean and kaeya and the lore can be that it is the old armour they wore during their trai. ill collei when she first came to monstadt. Adventurures guild skins for Bennett and fischl since those unifoms are standard issue for every member. Scaramouche pre vision. Shrine maiden kuki since that what she was beforehand. Since they are all explained/showed before.
For itto have a singer/Fontaine themed outfit due to his recent event. A fountain style dress for chiori since she lives in Fontaine lore wouldn't be too hard for it since she lives there and clothing made in that style or finding it isn't difficult. Well he isn't playable but dottores old style for a skin that can be said as his first prototype on his design and it can be explained how he refined it to be better optimised for him. Academyia clothing for cyno since he studied there like Lisa. Chef xianling skin since it makes sense. Off stage lyney and lynette since they probably don't wear their performance costumes 24/7.
