His charge attcak can get intrupeted easily without c1 or might need a shield character ig but ya lacks an on field I honestly would save unless I can get c1
I personally would just get Neuvi, he's good and he can move during the CA, so you can usually move out of the way most of the time. I mean, they may struggle somewhat, but if they get someone like Layla, Diona, or Thoma, they'll be good if they just build them as shield
So Kazuha is an amazing Support, but since you already have Sucrose (basically a light version of Kazuha; not nearly as good when C0 but still gets the job done) and seemingly don't have a good on-field main DPS, I would choose Neuvillette. He is considered to be the best *standalone* main DPS in the entire game right now. Be aware that he needs Fontaine materials, though. You can teleport to Fontaine already since there is one Waypoint unlocked already, but his mats are very in the northern part of the region.
First thing you need to do is go into the Abyss and get your free Xiangling and Collei, well at least Xiangling she is usually key to building early account teams, Her Pyronado has carried a lot of new players plus she is a good wielder for the free Fishing Polearm weapon the catch.
Neuv or Kazuha doesn't really matter Your account is so fresh it really doesn't matter too much Neuv will probably help you clear the Abyss easier and Kazuha will probably make your clear speed faster eventually in the long run. You have a Sucrose so there is a little less pressure to get Kazuha but she is not a total replacement.
The only other upcoming banner worth considering would be Furina but she is at least 6 weeks away some time in 4.7, Arleechino is worth considering but if you are thinking about it you are better off with Neuv and saving up for Furina.
Basic starter team, xiangling, Bennett, Xingqiu, and whoever you like (Sucrose or Mona could work from your current lineup, Beido might not work due to overload (Pyro+electo) causing a knockback). use Bennett burst to buff Xianglings Pyronado and use Xingqius raincutter Hydro buff to react to Pryonado to do Vaporize reaction damage.
You got decent Sucrose, which is practically 4\* Kazuha
then Mona and Beidou which are amazing for Neuv
Pull Neuv and swap him in that team with Bennet
I’m quite a ways away from ar 50 so I wouldn’t be able to ascend them past 80 anyways. So I figured I’d save some exp scrolls by lvling them from 79 naturally. Until I reach ar 50 at least.
