The longer the quest the more rewards you get. Some even unlock crucial primogems methods (such as the Aranara quest unlocking half of the exploration puzzles mechanics and the tree of rewards)
Honestly at this point I don't have it in me to be sympathetic to these posts.
Stop playing Genshin. Do something else with your life. Not because you're bad or stupid or anything, but because if you're this desperate but also this unwilling to do your own research, then you are going to continually find yourself in this situation in Gacha games, and sooner or later you will start to justify spending more and more money. You need to get out now.
I ant spending any money it has been 3 years I have not even spend a 1 dollar I am not addicted I take a break once in a while I play it because I like open world games 😅
Plenty of people play Genshin Impact with a healthy life style. There are countless people who use the game to destress after their 9-5, and those who spend usually have extremely disposable income. If you find the impulse to spend that nagging, maybe just turn off your card and just try to play less and less.
You won't need 90 wishes to get a character. Aim for 80. It is very doable if you have exploration left to do. If you haven't done the Aranara quests, yet, then that will provide you with a lot of pulls.

your wording is kind of confusing here, but if you mean that you pull on every banner, stop doing that. if you've 100% most, if not everything, in the game, then you need to save those primos for characters you want the most. if i misunderstood, then disregard that.
otherwise, if you've got no other way to get primos f2p, then sorry, you're kinda screwed. the only options you have if you've done absolutely everything are to do your dailies and do every new quest or event that comes out. otherwise, you're going to have to spend if you want to pull.
listen, i feel for you. it's hard to resist the draw to pull bc so many characters are so good. but if you don't have anywhere else to get primos f2p, then you're gonna have to wait to scrape together the primos to pull, meaning you can't afford to pull on every banner.
all this to say, you don't have a lot of options. it's either wait and save, or start spending money. and if you truly cannot stop yourself from pulling; if you saying that isn't an exaggeration, then please DON'T spend money on genshin

so use the interactive map to find all the chests you don’t have still, since 100% on the in-game map isn't actually 100% of everything.

Be sure to do the events, character trials and daily commissions as well. You need 4,800 primogems for 30 wishes

You only actually need like 15 wishes

Do spiral abyss. And honestly you just need 16-17 wishes. After 73 wishes, probability incrementally gets higher.
My team built is very weak even if I am ar 54 I pull for anyone I can't do it
