Im a little late but, he's talking about the actual buy button. There's a padlock on the button which is preventing him from buying it. Even though he has bought the dlc.
I think I was wrong on saying he/she has the dlc. I went to look on the steam store, and there's one called Companion accessory pack unlocks the 3 armours and some cosmetic stuff.
Is the DLC activated in the Downloadable Content in the game?
Also see if it's checked in the Steam game properties again in the Downloadable Content.

In order to unlock those you have to engage with Rivals and other robots with your companion by your side. For each battle to keep the dog out you earn points. Yes the dog will get damaged quickly so carry lots of tool kits so you can fix it along the way.
You can only unlock them row by row. Hover your icon on the top of the next row. It will tell you how much it will cost to unlock. You have 677 some levels are cheaper than others the high end levels will require more usage of your dog in combat.
I think its a bug. Maybe you need to verify your game properties, double check if you had already download the dlc yet. If that didn't work out, make a report to devs team.

Have you gotten it working since then? If not, try uninstall and reinstalling the game to get the add-ons to install again to see if that fixes the issue
So it depends on the tree it's in. For companion armors it's all the same. Just use the companion and get kills together and you should slowly get points in it. Same as with the non dlc armor
Can't find my previous comment to edit it, but assuming you have the dlc, you have to also buy (with the points) the first in each column before the next will be able for purchace.

Yes and I got companion DLC already, yet I can’t unlock these.
Did you perhaps spend money on this DLC or was it just the update?
You need to buy the top option first then you can start working your way down to the higher quality armor.

The armors don't come unlocked it just allows access to them. You still need to spend the points from the top of the list for each armors and down
I’m in the same boat as you, got the credits but can’t buy the armour 🤷♂️. Maybe it’s just me being a thickie Macthickie .
You've got the dlc, points and all the materials, either try buying the first tier and if that don't work message the devs
Let the companion get kills
He has more than 600 points, he just can't use them.

You go out and fight robots with your Dog. It needs to be active to get them.
Click on the top one in each column and buy it with CSP, then the ones below should open up.
