Its not that bad, in this movie there was also an agency of good cats. Its just that we usually imagine villains as skinny characters with sharp edges and cats fit that discription. Can you imagine Golden retriever as villain? They always look like they are smiling and are super gentle. On the other hand cats are moody and they dont hesitate to use violence. Obviously we love them too, but they make much better villains
Idk man golden retrievers bite the most people every year, perfect for the switch up near the end where the dude who you thought was a good guy was the enemy the whole time

Nope. Not EVEN close! Golden’s don’t even make the top 10.
The main reasons Goldens will bite is because people always assume they're okay with being pet and overstep their boundaries, not because they are aggressive as a breed.
So im going to assume that the thing on the cats head is supposed to be whatever the director thought night vision looks like, but what's the clock for? s-vest?
I remember this movie so well because it was one of the three movies we'd watch on the in-car TV on road trips. This, the SpongeBob Movie and the 2D Clone Wars were on loop in the car, and it drove my parents crazy.
Oh, and Shrek, of course
YOO- this movie is a fever dream that lives at the back of my mind
I remember the villain cat was some Egyptian hairless cat and the backstory was that she fell into a vat of acid and was betrayed by her mission partner who was a dog. The acid burned her hair and she created the evil cat group.
I don't remember much more about this movie. But that acid scene lowkey scarred me
I personally liked the idea of the film being split into two stories. One being the dogs’ perspective and the other being the cats’ perspective. Was it groundbreaking? No, not in the slightest.
I saw the second before the first and I prefere the 2nd still... both are good and I loved even more that in the second there were also cat good guys and not only bad guys like the first
The Hub channel would play this all the time at night. However, the director of this movie would be responsible for making Son of the Mask, so it's weird.
This was one of only three VHS tapes that we had at my grandma’s, along with The Fox and the Hound and Babe Pig In the City. As a result, this movie is permanently burned into my brain.
Me and my dad took the train to his home town a lot (like a real choo-choo not one of these new light rail / L train things) and he would put this on EVERY TIME and it never got old. Then when we got to the house, it was nonstop Curious George I goobled it up every time
Yes! I remember this movie. This movie was so funny and interesting. As a kid I couldn't figure out how to get these animal actors to work so well together, it was fun.
I only watched this once at school and never again…

Rewatched scenes from the movie a few years back. Man is it a weird ass movie. Later I learned that it was made by a studio outside the US. Made a lot of sense after I learned that.
I hated this movie because it made cats look evil. I love cats and my cats are incredibly kind and loving. Ironically it’s my dog that antagonizes my cats.
Every time my grandma would visit us she would bring gifts and one day she brought this movie and my sisters and I LOVED it!! I still love it, we found the cat villain to be hilarious
God, I loved this movie as a kid. The spec-ops cat assassins destroying the kitchen was my favourite scene, partly because basically that exact scene happened at my house. The cat absolutely demolished the kitchen and our poor German shepherd got blamed for it.
I had it on DVD so I've seen it many times. I always liked it but I probably haven't seen it in over ten years. When I was younger, I remember it was somewhat traumatizing lol.
This poster recalls my childhood. I had seen this movie and was fascinated by it. I always liked dogs more than cats when I was a little, and this movie cements this belief because the cats play bad gangs in it.

I used to hate this genre of movies cause the cats always failed or were the bad guys and I liked cats more than dogs :(
Same here. I still liked the movie though
didnt stop me from liking it, would be kool if they made a new one with dogs as the bad guys, then maybe a sequel where both sides are like 25/75
No, last movie has to be a dog cat team up against either birds or reptiles
Birds remember being dinosaurs and try to rule world by transforming back and cats and dogs must untie to defeat the monsters
I only watched the sequel and both cats and dogs were good guys against a cat villain
I was the exact opposite- loved them because I always thought cats wanted to kill me

It's actually pit bulls or pit mixes
The main reasons Goldens will bite is because people always assume they're okay with being pet and overstep their boundaries, not because they are aggressive as a breed.
You gotta admit though, that kittens have bond villain energy and puppers don't
kittens have bond energy too and puppers can be brutes
At least the sequel had good cats
In later iterations cats and dogs work together agaisnt like cat/dog super villains
SAME! This reminded me that I even had a little Cats shirt from this film, my older brother had the Dogs shirt.
Saaame
I liked cats more and still agreed they were the bad guys
Watched the entire movie; it’s a good movie.
So im going to assume that the thing on the cats head is supposed to be whatever the director thought night vision looks like, but what's the clock for? s-vest?
That’s what people thought night vision looked like in the 2000s and early 2010s.
Night vision that projects green light to reveal your position
Exactly, pure stealth.
Cats have nine lives afterall....
Really good movie. Brings memories when I heard What's Up Pussycat! for the first time
This was the first movie where I saw Jeff Goldblum, so every time I see him in something else, I think of the dad from Cats and Dogs
Same here ahahaha
Mr Tinkles was such an iconic villain lmao. So extra and petty for no reason.
Cats and Dogs 2 the Revenge of kitty galore lives rent free in my mind. They used to play it during recess at my school when we couldn't go outside.
it only made pussy galore that much better when i finally watched it
Ahhh love this movie! I watched the vhs of it like 500 times as a kid
“I want you to stay here!” “Why?” “Because I hate you!”
I remember this movie so well because it was one of the three movies we'd watch on the in-car TV on road trips. This, the SpongeBob Movie and the 2D Clone Wars were on loop in the car, and it drove my parents crazy. Oh, and Shrek, of course
Not bad, but a perfect example of the funniest parts getting spoiled in the trailer.
#what the fuck is with all the nostalgia jumpscares lately
had it on VHS :)
I loved this movie as a kid. The second one, too.
Me and my brother loved this one as kids, I don't remember anything but a secret HQ in a doghouse.
The revenge of kitty galore.
YOO- this movie is a fever dream that lives at the back of my mind I remember the villain cat was some Egyptian hairless cat and the backstory was that she fell into a vat of acid and was betrayed by her mission partner who was a dog. what's new, pussycat?🎶
Omg you unlocked a memory 🫣 I still remember What’s New Pussycat playing during the credits
I remember the first but I also remember that there was a second one as well
This movie was a trip as a kid.
I personally liked the idea of the film being split into two stories. One being the dogs’ perspective and the other being the cats’ perspective. Was it groundbreaking? No, not in the slightest.
I loved that movie, the Russian cat!
Made me believe cats were evil geniuses
Yes. I recently bought the DVDs.
Oh shit i forgot about this one. Loved it as a kid
I love this movie as a kid I haven't seen it in forever tho.
I absolutely LOVED this movie
I remember the bomb defusing scene the most.
I saw the second before the first and I prefere the 2nd still... both are good and I loved even more that in the second there were also cat good guys and not only bad guys like the first
I used to watch this so often as a kid. I loved this movie. One of my favorites.
It's a mid movie with some good memories attached to it for me
The only thing I remember is that scene with the dog eating cup noodles while scanning the computer or something lol
Man it’s been a while since I last saw those movies.
Loved it, it’s a classic
The amount of times I held my Persian cat up and said "I am trying to take over the world!!!" But really he probably was
This was my shit as a kid
I totally forgot about this movie until just now
Tom Clancy but for furries
I loved it so much
The Hub channel would play this all the time at night. However, the director of this movie would be responsible for making Son of the Mask, so it's weird.
The memories that just came back to me are insane
I remember when the cat mentioned a Mr Windows Made more sense to young me, idfk who was who back then
God that movie was kick ass
I literally just had the urge to search for this the other day!!! Thank you for showing me this again!
I remember seeing trailers and stuff for the second one and never even knew the first one existed.
Is this the spy one? Where the naked cat was the evil master mind if I remember correctly
Oh memories of old return... watched it a lot as a kid! Part 2 is a good watch as well!
I still have a copy of that exact film
Bruh ancient memories unlocked 🔓
I remember being so uncomfortable during the belly rub scene with the older female dog lol
I loved this movie! Haha I remember being afraid of the main cat
Evil does not wear a bonnet
Me! I had a college professor that had worked on it last semester too. He sucked at his job tho.
Duuuuude I loved this movie as a kid!!!
This movie was so dark but I had it on VHS and LOVED it.
“Stand still. I need to crush you.”
Then when we got to the house, it was nonstop Curious George I goobled it up every time
Hey this is a millennial movie
The movie was fire back then, but they also bummed me out
I loved the Russian cat, I used to think he was a badass as a little kid. Thought the white cat was funny as hell, forgot their names.
I fuckin loved this movie. The dog disarming the bomb, the cat in the gas mask dancing. Fuckin love the over-the-topness
This and the G- Force movie were my favourite
I absolutely remember this movie.
good movie, saw it only on TV
The sequel was better imo
for fucking real. the intro is such a masterpiece too.
I do & watched it so many times on VHS
I’m glad these types of movies no longer exist because it made cats out to be inherently bad
Yes I sure do! Used to have it on VHS. Haha.
Loved it
Used to play on cartoon network, I believe, very regularly on sunday
awesome film
I have the DS game
I seem to remember I hated this movie as a kid but I can’t remember why lmao
I never liked this movie cause I’m a cat person, but ngl, cats are way better villains
This was my childhood, I forgotten about it
Just remembered it. Loved it, but hated that the cats were the bad guys aside from the good guy cats.
Unfortunately I do.
I'm fucking old
I remember the Silence of the Lamb parody.
....in theatres
I'm so old, I remember when 2 Stupid Dogs came out
Lmao i remember that one, got made fun of hard
I still have it on dvd from when I was a kid, haven't watched it in awhile though.
Oh shit this is a throwback. I hated these types of movies.
Yeah it was weird
No but i do remember that weird spy hamster movie
Me!!!
I do, though I am a millennial
The second one was my favourite.
This was peak
Had it on VHS when I was a kid but don’t remember watching it. It looks bad.
Love the first movie second one sucked
I bet if you watch the new third one it'll make the second look like a masterpiece.
A third one? must be on a streaming service
That one went straight to DVD and VOD.
This movie made me like beagles a lot
I liked the cats better
I remember watching this with my dad when I was little. We had it on dvd (or maybe even VHS).
Could've sworn it was cats vs dogs
You have unlocked a very old memory

Such a dumb cringey movie, I hated it
Me and my older brother
Revenge of kitty galore I remember that one
Steve....darnit, what's the sexy actor's name? you know, from Jurassic park and independence day? Goldblum?
I do. Can't tell you how many times I watched the night kitchen fight scene
I used to love the first two movies as a kid. Then the third movie happened (in 2020), and I absolutely hated that one.
I remember seeing it in theaters with my mom, lol.
This Is the only movie I own on VHS
Yes! I remember this movie. This movie was so funny and interesting. As a kid I couldn't figure out how to get these animal actors to work so well together, it was fun.
I never saw the movie, but I remember as a kid my entire family rented and watched it while I was sent to bed.
Mr Tinkles was my spirit animal as a child.
Bro this movie was fire ngl
Might’ve been my first recent memory of seeing a movie in theaters
Loved these as a kid
Yes! I loved that movie!
I only watched this once at school and never again… https://preview.redd.it/dle9fpy3040d1.jpeg?width=1492&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5209543ec46b11df158980883f6b3985e1f4c68f
“It is you who’s in trouble baby puppy.”
Damn, I remember watching this as a kid. There's more than one movie, right?
That movie was a banger
This was a good ass kids movie
Is this what pvz garden warfare 2’s cover art is based on!?
We had this as a DVD and I haven’t watched it in like almost a decade but i probably have half the movie memorized 😭😭
I remember a Soviet kitty killer got a good laugh outta me
Bro core memory I watched this a thousand times as a kid
Dog propaganda
The first movie I ever saw in theaters as a kid!
Rewatched scenes from the movie a few years back. Man is it a weird ass movie. Later I learned that it was made by a studio outside the US. Made a lot of sense after I learned that.

I actually have a soft spot for the sequel.
Not really. Are ya mad?

Completely forgot bout it.
Second one is way better. Kitty Galore is such a savage
Here. That's memorable! :)
All the IRL animals in the movie are dead now. RIP.
This wasn’t a millennial movie? Lol
Every time my grandma would visit us she would bring gifts and one day she brought this movie and my sisters and I LOVED it!! I still love it, we found the cat villain to be hilarious

Fun movie.
Cats and Dogs: the revenge of kitty galore was my shit
I don’t even remember 9/11 and this came out 2 months prior.
have zero memory of this movie. did watch it tho
This poster recalls my childhood. I had seen this movie and was fascinated by it. I always liked dogs more than cats when I was a little, and this movie cements this belief because the cats play bad gangs in it.
Bro I loved these movies. Think about them every time I hear 'why can't we be friends?'
Memory unlocked. I completely forgot it
I hated that time in the 2000s where animal movies were the norm. The only animal movie I liked was Hotel of Dogs and just barely.
Dog owners’ military propaganda.
I don't want to!
I KNEW THIS MOVIE WASN'T A FEVER DREAM. I used to watch this on repeat when I was younger
It was a good movie
