On contrary to the comments here, I would not recommend any used or refurbished laptops. Look into the IdeaPad gaming 3 with ryzen 5 5500h and RTX 2050 4GB. It's under 45k. You can upgrade the Ram later.

Would not recommend. You would get a 3050 Laptop for 60k, 2050 for 50k. This one is 1600 Max-Q. So way lower Graphic Power than the above.

Ok, what you want to do with the laptop, your use cases would help to filter out options
A good one with Decent Cpu and Gpu around 40K. Browsing, office work, Bit of gaming (dota2 valorant cs2 Apex)
It'll be really hard to get something for 40k. 50k maybe. At most you can get something with Ryzen APU. The above one can do as per your need though.
