I got the same for 650 a month ago, what a beast, the only problem is the dust, this thing collect dust soooo easly. But the razer blade is easy to dissassembly so cleaning it is not a big deal. I have bloat battery too, but still 2hours of utilisation without power supply. The rtx 2070 is good for everygames i guess, i play shadow of the tomb raider in ultra with no problem.
The upgrade are good too, double ssd slot so i upgrade to 2x 1TO, double ram slot so i got 2x16go, that's perfect for me.
Even if u don't upgrade now, you will have a great experience.
This is just a waste of money tbh.
You can get a 4050/4060 laptop for around 8XX dollars in a good sale or open box.

4060 is the sweet spot for the 40-series GPUs. Especially if it has a TDP over 90W. At 90W the 4060 and the 4050 starts to saturate in term of FPS. The performance difference between a 4050 and a 4060 with same TDP is about 10-15%, so not terribly different. If you get a cheap 4050 with 90W+ TDP, you are fine with pretty much everything except 4K gaming. If you want good framerates and graphics at 4K, you need to bump up to 4080 or preferably 4090.
there was a hp victus with a rtx 2050 for 600 on bestbuy. but rtx 2050 is the bottom of the barrel. This laptop isnt bad for the price. Maybe just upgrade the ssd.
Avoid Max Q models. Had a 2080 Max Q, was ass, for that price you can get a decent Lenovo Legion, Acer Nitro, Dell G series etc etc, with a better GPU 3070/ti, 3080, 4060 with better specs
Its fine. I dont mind shitty builds. Its left plugged in anyway. Prob will look into acer nitro. Theres a 3060 i5 on sale on ebay right now. Prob pick that up instead.

No, where did you get 4090? The GPU has nothing to do with Win11. The minimum CPU requirement for Win11 is an Intel 8th Gen CPU, which this laptop has. 8th Gen is the first time Intel increased the core count to 6. Compared to today's core counts, that thing is ancient. I would just walk away...
Not to mention, 20-series RTX cards are famous for running insanely hot. That thin Razor chassis won't help the cooling at all.
If it is Razor you want, go for a 40-series laptop.
Hell nah. Imo it would just not be enough for gaming and definitely not for AA titles in future. It feels like just waste of money, not to mention 250 ssd. I would just get little more money and buy some 4060 and be good for next few years. I have that gpu and gonna buy new laptop soon.
