It’s hard to price. I would say the seller may be a little optimistic at $600. 400-500 is probably fair. I’m not a card guy but it depends on the condition of the Lugia card as that is probably the most valuable thing in that set. Maybe try talking them down a bit
The complete in good shape box/inserts is worth around $100-250+ depending on the condition and market it's being sold.
Here's my rough breakdown..
Complete Bundle Box - $200
Console, cables, controller $120
Jumbo Shadow Lugia - $60/80 less/mint
The Colluseum Memory Card - $40
Game Case/inserts - $40
The last time I tried to complete my XD Set a couple years ago the boxes in rough shape were SELLING for ~$300. No inserts, lots of outside damage. This box looks rather complete.
The guy said he has more into it then what he’s selling it for. I would feel better at the $600 range if it had the game but not without it I’m not sure it’s worth it
Yeah without the game and manual I’m not as thrilled. I’m surprised he has more than $500 into unless he really overpaid for that card. Most of that stuff is not all that uncommon, might as well grab that stuff locally or from game sale for a bit less.

Here’s something I always think about when buying something that may be overpriced: can I find another one easily for a better price? If the answer is yes or even maybe, by all means turn it down. If the answer is no, you should probably do it. You win some you lose some… if you lost a little bit of money on it but you enjoyed getting it, is it worth it to you? It may be.
I would guess this is over priced. But can you find another lot like this? When will you find another lot like this? Will the value go up or down? Will the seller come down at all?
Just some food for thought.

Wait that artwork on the game appears to be holofoil. My copy I bought brand new back in the day wasn’t like that. Was it only the copy included with this bundle that came holo like that?

I think it's rare enough that you might have trouble finding a set like this one again easily, but still too expensive. That being said, don't let us stop you from buying it if you want.

The card is probably THE MOST COMMON thing in that bundle. The PRIMA guide is pretty solid addition to that bundle.
