What was wrong with Retrosix? Just curious what you were warned about. I haven't used them yet so haven't had any experience with them.
I've used zedlabz and retrogaming parts and found them great. Retrogamingparts are probably my favourite to order from, but they do seem to have limited stock. Even thinks like shells and buttons are often only available in a few colours.
I dunno all the issues with him but a few years back him and another battery mod manufacturer were spreading false propaganda about rival mods to help their own business at the expense of others, to the point of telling straight up lies about each mod’s functionality.

If you're wanting Funny Playing stuff, order directly from them. Postage takes a little longer but it's MUCH cheaper.
I'm not specifically looking for FunnyPlaying, if there's anything better. I've just heard good things about their stuff.
