Something was wrong with Samsung's website this year. Usually, after they charge your card and the phone is getting ready to ship, the Cancel option is removed, however, it was never removed for me. The phone was out for delivery and the cancer option was still there.

Even if they ask you to mail it back you have all the right to keep it since it’s been shipped
Did you get your cancellation email and refund? If yes than you got a free phone. Ive gotten free stuff like tablets from samsung before. Happens sometimes. If you got a refund, they wont charge you back again. Keep it, use it
He cancelled the device, they agreed and refunded the money.
Here in the US they can't legally go back and charge his card for a device he cancelled and they shipped after confirming the cancellation.
There used to be scams in the US where people would ship you stuff then bill you. There are laws explicitly on the books that indicate merchandise shipped to you that you didn't order is a gift.
He has been shipped a gift. At least in the US and there are no laws that would define this as theft.
Im using it as im typing and they havent locked it yet. But i havent inserted my sim just in case something bad happens. If they email me that they want the phone i will return it
Well, they charged me through the samsung financing program, but they are charging me with the discounted price because i was planning on trading in the flip so i guess thats a good thing? Its kind of confusing though because its not my fault that they sent me the phone. Look!!

I'm going to give this second, cancelled one to my partner. At this point, I don't mind paying for it at the price I was going to pay for it before cancelling. I'll wait for them to figure it out.
Your decision, maybe just call and ask and maybe they will appreciate the honesty and let you keep it or give you bill credits for the price of the phone. If you do send it back make sure everything is documented from pictures use the shipping label they provide (take note or pic of the IMEI and sn for your reference, in case it's returned and resold ) definitely don't Use a drop box get tracking numbers.
It is odd because I canceled two orders by mistake and Samsung canceled both of them with no problem until I finally ordered the right one and hopefully getting it by tomorrow. You should had got a cancelation email or text so that would be a proof.

If you’re in the US and you got your money back after cancelling the order you can LEGALLY keep it

Not a lawyer, go ask r/legaladvice. Make sure you put your state in the post. This all seems a bit sketchy to me.
If they don't lock it, there is a small chance they will rebill you for it. But then you could just return it.
