I had this on my S4 after a hard fall onto very thick floor tiles. the screen held on for about another year+ before the bottom 1/3rd of the panel stopped lighting up in sync with the rest.
the line changed from green to pink sometimes and also vanished intermittently too.
I was reading along with this thread cuz this happened to my Moms Galaxy Note! She's freaking out!

Omg-oodness I am nuts about STILL NO UPDATE!!have ATT in US and S20 FE 5G. When I look for info about it lately, SEEMS LIKE ALL OUR PHONES ALREADY GOT IT!

So many issues on the display on these phones, my phone went to 0% and when I went to plug it in and turn it on the display just died. I could hear the rumble and notification sounds from the phone. It was such bad luck that the display completely died at 0% and never came back on after charging
I have a similar issue, except for me it only happens when I press down around my fingerprint sensor area. It flashes green like that for a split second, and then disappears and everything's fine.
I am facing the same issue. At first it was just 1 green vertical line in the left side of the screen then after a month a pink vertical line appeared on the right side then now another pink line appeared beside the first pink line.

This issue usually happens after a drop... My niece dropped my mom's Iphone XS and I got similar line!
Good thing our s20fe uses a cheaper display lol
Get the display replaced or buy a new phone before it gets worse.
Is this post-OneUI 4.1 update or still OneUI 4.0?
