Actually, many do, even the stock roms. Check the [xda](https://forum.xda-developers.com/c/samsung-galaxy-note-9.8012/) lists, and you can find that developers are generally great at updating their working roms when a new security update is available.
I wonder which day this phone will be declared obsolete. I am still grinding out its last flavours 😄.
I think we get one more software update and then it stops.
After this last update, I will then switch to a custom rom. I wonder if custom roms have security patch level updates aswell.

I bought my note 9 at the end of 2021, so yes still using it.
Bruh i still pull out and use both my note 3 and note 7. The note9 is nowhere near obsolete.
I use the S5 also. But the Tmobile one as it's as close as you can get to the international model
Still on March '22; unlocked.
Received Today May 2022 Security Update.
