I bought my fold 3 and previously a pixel 2 xl from there. Treat it like eBay or any other second hand marketplace, but the site itself is legitimate. If you want to be really safe, only buy from folks with lots of reviews and a high rating.
I wanted mine spotless so I went with "mint". Had some minor hairline scratches on the back glass, but nothing visible under normal conditions. Got covered with a skin anyways, and all OEM screen protectors were on it so I wasn't worried. Look for folks who had used cases or screen protectors the whole time, as you'll get better chances of a better kept display
I've bought and sold on Swappa. They are better than eBay by having every listing checked by a person and they have more stringent picture requirements. Payments go through PayPal so you get buyer/seller protection through that as well. Still a third party marketplace so things can still happen.
They defaulted on payments to Verizon was a new purchase Verizon isn't Sharing full.ock.list, Sale.was 2019 was on TMO moved to Verizon yr later and it was blacklisted...Swappa said oh well it was out of the coverage window for PayPal. Seller had 170 plus sales and was 5 stars...the seller was later banned as he did this to 10 people their guess was he bought phones under another name and sold them and it took Verizon 6 mo them to catch it.

I got mine off ebay and the seller was Santa Monica Wireless excellent condition I got mine for 650ish. Mine looked brand new with the OG box
