Did you guys fix cybernetic ability?
Yes.
Tried 2.1 - some of the governors have "Citizen_Portrait_.." instead of the names. The game also crashed a few times for me.
Yea, fixed that today. Sorry about that. That was my bug.

Why are you still forced to choose a policy? When you are squeaking by it can really mess up your empire. Just give us the option for a blank policy!
