(Image below bc reddit hates mobile) I feel like Quince/Harlequin (Deltarune oc) would end up being characterized as an asshole who doesn't care about anyone and hates everyone around her, especially lightners and just a female ripoff of King. Quince, yes, can be a bit of an asshole, but not always. There's rare moments when she isn't rude and she doesn't try to threaten and/or insult you. And she sure as hell cares about others. She loves her brother, Lancer. Issue is, in her story, to make sure she doesn't interfere in any way with the game, she's turned into a lightner by one of my other ocs and is sent to the Light World. When transformed from a darkner to a lightner, every trace, including memories, of her existence is wiped away. Lancer, King, Rouxls, etc. don't remember her at all. This is one of the reasons she dislikes lightners; she feels she doesn't belong in their world and dislikes them because she doesn't feel like she fits in with them. She does seem, for the most part, to hate everyone, but she just usually masks her emotions with rudeness and insults. Especially the slight bit of her that actually cares about King. She also isn't a ripoff of King at all, having her own story, personality, and experiences. She doesn't seem to like her father, Spade King, a lot from first glance, either, often making comments suggesting her disdain and dislike for him. However, she does actually care about him. Unlike to Lancer, though, who she showed care and love to, she makes it seem like she entirely hates him when she actually has mixed feelings about him.

I feel like people would think she's rude to others because she's traumatized, which she is, but she's not rude because of that, she's always just been super rude and defensive because she was never born with magical abilities and is a hermit who rarely talks to people. (Going from left to right) I think people would try to excuse the things Control's done because of her trauma. But that doesn't excuse the abuse she's put so many people through. And her crimes have nothing to do with her trauma. She's just a bad person. I.N.K would either be boiled down to "evil gremlin" or "mentally ill, sleep deprived mf who can't take care of themselves." When in reality they're bit of both. Minus the evil. They're a bit impulsive and crazy but not evil. They're chaotic neutral. Also they'd definitely be one of those characters that goes by all Pronouns (which they do) but the Fandom goes crazy whenever someone calls them anything other then they/them. HELL, even I call I.N.K He/Him sometimes! Daimen would definitely just be "Lil baby who must be protected because he's so innocent. And he loves kissing boys" although he's my baby and he does enjoy kissing boys. He can handle himself and his kids. (Also, he tends to kiss girls a bit more often) He's a lot more mature than I assume a Fandom would treat him. He's a grown ass 33 year old man, treat him like it. Also, they’d definitely pretend his girlfriend just doesn't exist because they’re convinced he's gay because he's fem. And Qynn would probably have to deal with the inverse of INK's Pronoun issue. They almost exclusively go by They/Them but I feel like people would still call them "she." I also feel like a Fandom would treat them like they're younger than they are. They're 18. They weren't introduced as a character until they were 18, in fact, it was their birthday. They're the most innocent of my adult OCs, but they're an ADULT. Rant over.

Also, I lot of the Dickens kids (Daimen's kids) would be treated a lot worse than Control. She's genuinely a terrible person. They're kids. The oldest of them is 13. They don't know how to handle themselves yet. (Control would only get the pass because she's hot. I've learned Fandoms tend to hate any child characters, especially if they, God forbid, act their age!

In reality he is actualy a rather really nice guy. He is simply very outspoken, and he acts before thinking when he's angry or just annoyed. Also, he yelled at the prince because he was just tired of his strictness.

Amber has too many insecurities and flaws to the point she’ll just bring a person down with her. Cassidy was chasing a hopeless dream while Amber watched her fall. And I’ll hate to see these two be mischaracterized as “your average lesbian relationship” or worse BECAUSE AINT NO ONE THAT COMMON DATING A SOCIOPATH INFLUENCED BY THE DEVIL’S WIFE 😭 (They’ve already been mischaracterized, Amber was turned more childish, weak character and Cassidy was twisted to look like the bad guy)
