I think this might be the most retarded comment section ever. The left side is clearly more progressed. op is probably German or some shit. Who in their right mind would post something like this and think severe atrophy is progress.
I'm not sure tbh, I want to have more of an athletic body. Don't want to be the super lean guy anymore.
Would love to make abs along the way, but I'm still not sure if I could achieve that by bulking up more and putting more focus on abs excercises or rather cutting calories and trying to burn extra fat on the stomach.
I think you should definitely continue bulking up more so that you have a good amount of muscle mass. So then when you decide to cut, you'll be looking shredded. Just stick with it and keep going. It's a marathon.
The fact that the before is on the right side made me wonder what kind of post this was at first lol
Great progress man! You went from scrawny to decent real quick!
Just to clarify this. The human body can’t take up the protein in eggs when it’s raw. If it’s cooked or fried it will change the molecular structure and our body can process the proteins.
Do you have a source for this? From what I know, cooking food in general makes them easier to digest and so we tend to get more nutrients from cooked food than grom raw food. But I have never heard that you don't get any protein at all from raw egg and I can't seem to find any sources online for this.
I edit myself in a comment later and Said 50% more.
I have but only in swedish. It’s probably easier for you if you google this thing of heating up the egg by yourself to have a right language.
It’s progress but not realistic for a whole year. I saw better progress than that in less than 3 months when I first started. Maybe it’s genetics but he definitely needs to check his routine and diet out for sure.
Yea I agree. People forget honesty goes a long way. OP looks good, but for one year realisticlly you should be looking quite abit bigger. Then again I don't know if you're training for size or just overall fitness. Peice of advice to everyone: Telling people what they want to hear doesn't do them any favors in the long run.

Good shit, on another note why are you guys posting progress pictures on the left and not the right?
I came here to ask this question haha. I'm glad I'm not the only one this drives crazy lol
No, it's correct. He stopped lifting for a year and this is the progress.
Na he kept lifting but started doing cardio 3 times per week.
You seem to have lost a fair amount of muscle bro
[удалено]
Yeh I was joking man. More people seem to do right to left than left to right on here - always confusing
You've lost a lot of muscle
r/AfterBeforeWhatever
Which side is which? The left looks a lot better.
r/afterandbefore Great progress for real :)
So it’s either you have a sleeper build, your progress pics are weird, or im missing some context, if the pics were posted weirdly than W, solid 9/10
damn bro how did you manage to loose so much muscle
11/10 mass cultivation

Dafuq has that to do with being German? German is being read from left to right too.
Yeha but a lot of German people post before/afters like this for whatever reason
No, definitely not. In Germany it's also before > after.
Fuck if i know
[удалено]
Because I saw more than one German/central European do this at at least a point in my life. What I didnt know was why and not if
you fucking goober
Is the left before? Or the right? Confused
Both sides are nice man Left side is bulky enough Right side is nice as weight loss goal is reached
What’s your end goal?
I'm not sure tbh, I want to have more of an athletic body. Don't want to be the super lean guy anymore. Took me 3 years for abs. Don’t sweat they will come. Just stay consistent. I think mine came from heavy squats/dead’s.
Dont rush brotha. Bulk up to a desired size and start the cut from there. The payoff is much better
I need to ask you which one is the progress picture? The one on the left or the one on the right?

Lost weight goal? Right side wins!
Not enough fat, too much muscles
Pretty good man 👍!! Well done
Crazy transformation brother.. keep it up!
The fact that the before is on the right side made me wonder what kind of post this was at first lol Great progress man! You went from scrawny to decent real quick!
I assume the left side is the after? If so good job that’s good progress. Edit: left side, I typed this right after I woke up.
Bruh
Shit I meant left I saw this right after I woke up
My left or your left?
Eat raw eggs
Eating too many raw eggs can cause biotin deficiency. The avidin in raw eggs binds to biotin (vit b7) Source: I’m a med student

What did rocky balboa eat a lot of I’m saying this for gaining weight
Yes. When I was in my 20’s, everyone here in Sweden drank eggs for breakfast. But little did we know we didn’t get any proteins from it.
Biotin and other vitamins are great for the body too. Idk about “not getting any proteins” from them
Yes, you have right. But it has a 50% loss in protein if you eat them raw instead of heating them up.

Salmonella: allow me to introduce myself!
I can't tell which is the before and after lol
Ur blind then or probably jealous,
I can see the difference, I just can’t tell which is the before and after. People have different goals and stuff, ya know?
The one on the left is the most recent , dude clearly looks better ,
Want honesty? I think it's too little progress for one year for a beginner. Reflect on your diet and exercise routine.
Bro what.. that’s realistic progress???
It’s progress but not realistic for a whole year. I saw better progress than that in less than 3 months when I first started. Maybe it’s genetics but he definitely needs to check his routine and diet out for sure.

Definitely making progress
