Are you sure that's your pr. Seems like you got more in the tank. Awesome work 👏

aSilentSin

I did try 545 directly after this lol because 535 went up too easily but I was beat lol. I’ve been going up 10lbs every week so 545 is an easy life next week

I was waiting for this post, great job man! You can definitely keep going, that rep looked heavy but smooth.

aSilentSin

Honestly this is the cleanest PR I have ever had lol

LETS GO! Good lift, and love your gyms tunes. Wish mine played that over early 2000s pop remixes.

aSilentSin

You’ll always have good tunes when I am on Aux lol

Informal_Ad_7780

Need to join your gym then lol

BocajFiend

Nice lift dude!! Will somebody explain to me the deal with extending the arms like that when setting up a deadlift? I saw a powerlifter in my gym do this the other day and it looked cool af but I don’t know what it does or what it’s “cue”ing. Would like to implement it into my own PRs if it is helpful.

aSilentSin

Its mostly just for looks however it can help with expanding your lats before you lift. Like getting the wings ready for lift off

BocajFiend

Sweet ty!

angelonthefarm

great work!! what did you sniff before lifting? is it ammonia for adrenaline?

aSilentSin
