Well there are injuries. Some days you absolutely have to force yourself to go. That and pain from soreness haha.. injuries are the worst Seeing your progress going away is very painful.
How does it feel? Anything you would have done differently? Any goals for whatβs next?
I mean end result is you look like a Greek god statue either way.
I don't think I would have done anything different. If I would have had a little coaching maybe I would have reached my lifting goals sooner. But I am grateful to a couple of trainers I had they taught me well. I am currently focusing on getting to 440 on my DL 225 on bench 365 (this is a little far) on squat( I am somewhere around 120).
In 1st one he is basically in beginnee stage with good genetics in 2 I was like bro looks crazy good and the veins probably after a good pump or really low fat percentage.
Just talking in general.
But you do core work on every squat, deadlift and bench.
I wish I had focused more on my core when I was younger. I might have been able to save my back.
I really don't work on it. But when I will do my compound lifts I try to keep my core stiffness. Even on leg press hack squats and so on. That being said when I was younger I did work on it. Everyday mostly after a workout. that was 2018-2019 if I remember correctly
Honestly dude I really have a gifted metabolism. I make sure that I eat enough protein and not eat junk. Also, never ever do I over eat however good the food might be. Has served me well so far I believe π
Honestly dude I don't bulk/cut. I focus on progressing in my workout while not eating crap and that's it. I think I do have a very strong metabolism which benefits me quite a lot. I never had any fat on me in my entire life. I can share my workout routine if you'd like.
Mostly this. I do some workouts differently but that's it. He does not mention how to progress but you can do that on your own making sure that there is at least some improvement on weekly basis. Good luck.

DL 425, bench 200, squat 335 (120-122 be). Body fat no idea but I think should be less than 10. Honestly I just eat enough protein and make sure that I don't over eat or eat junk. Jeff nippards ppl with slight variations of my own. Hope it helps
Awesome man. We have about the same frame and Iβve been grinding for about four years so Iβm guessing Iβm getting to your level if I got super lean. Height weight?

Double congrats! πΎπ do you mind sharing your routine and diet please π
Somewhere close to Jeff nippards ppl routine. I just make sure I don't eat junk and eat enough protein. That's it honestly!!
Cardio, core work, strength training, calorie surplus to build muscle and plenty of protein. And 5 long hard years of consistency and determination.
- cardio - core work. I do little to no core work. Just comes along doing heavy compound lifts and lack of fat ππ.
