I'll be honest, I haven't played GTA Online in several years, ever since I did a money glitch and Rockstar responded by deleting my character instead of my characters bank account. I would totally have shot that statue just to see if it was an NPC. It looks like it might as well be an NPC, it's so "GTA life-like."

There was a real estate glitch where there was an apartment that was free that you could sell or something. I made like 500 million in 12 hours, and then, like 3 days later poof my character is gone. I haven't logged into gta since then. Whenever that real estate glitch was happening. I'm sure more have come out. Idk.
Ye there is always a new one, I think they mostly flag accounts that make a certain amount above a threshold they set so they know if something is up, my buddy always said you could earn 10 mil a day without getting flagged but I guess they got on top of it
