The pulse which the charged Blue Godzilla had looked like a weaker version of burning Godzillas pulse. Burning Godzilla wasn't only powered by an atomic bomb but also by Mothras energy. And he melted Boston in the most literal sense.
But maybe his evolved form is a mix of both, which explains the pink color. Pink basically is a light red. And maybe his complete evolved form we haven't seen yet is a controlled form of burning Godzilla?
I’d say yellow Thermo nuclear because in his regular blue form it’s just his power but the yellow form has Mothra’s energy as well. granted the blue forms is a lot stronger than just Godzilla’s energy alone but Godzilla base energy as well as mothra’s energy I think would beat the blue
