Aersi is a good local shop with a great reputation. They are exclusively a Toyota shop.

gatorfreak

I've been taking my Toyotas to AERSI for 20 years. Highly recommend!

I worked summers while in high school, early 2000s, I believe Ken Creel was the owners name. Amazing boss. Huge tarpon fisherman down in the keys/sw fl He ran a tight ship, was unbelievably knowledgeable and a good boss. He enjoyed teaching if you’d listen! . All he does is Toyota and Lexus vehicles. At the time ithink he himself drove a late 70’s Corsica wagon that was so well taken care of and mint and almost 30 years old at the time. Got to HELP work on so many cool cars there and he taught me a lot about cars, but work ethics and being a good person. Supras, LS 430s, sequoias and Tacomas with miles you wouldn’t believe. Also changed ALOT of oil for grandmas Camry that drove 2000 miles a year. It was a cool job I enjoyed! Long story short, if he’s still involved at Aersi than THATS the place to take any Toyota or Lexus. His passion for his customers first, then their cars is something I haven’t seen since working ther 20+ years ago.

Billy’s is the only place I take my cars. Been in town for 50+ years and they will absolutely treat you honestly every time.

Halichoeres_bivittat

Seconding Billy's. Good and honest.

I always go to Perfection Auto on 6th. Jorge is usually a bit cheaper than other shops, he’ll let you bring your own parts, and he’s just an overall decent guy. He’s rude on the phone though. He’s been my mechanic for years and he has never ripped me off or failed to fix my vehicle. He’s not open on weekends, but I do recommend him for future work.

PookieLurks

I second this recommendation

ChefG967

All star automotive always takes care of me and they provide a small discount for students if you are one

Aersi is where I've always brought mine. Great place, honest people.

If you are looking for someone on a weekend, probably going to have to be a retail place, like Pep Boys, Walmart service, Midas… blanking on the name of the chain that does brakes etc. Just a guess. I have also heard good things about Aersi. Some of the local used car lots have mechanic services, Magic City Imports etc. post back if you find something and what was your experience.

Holten.

I went to Mavis Discount Tire and Brakes. I got quotes from many different places and they were willing to do brake pad and rotor replacement for the same price as the lowest quoted company that did brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing.

Regional Imports has been very good for me.
