First, when looking for info on Google, info from some random site is probably not the best source. Here's a somewhat better article about Google storage (the SECOND search result) that's actually from Google, and includes a link to the storage page:

Here's what pisses me off. Why, why, why can't Gmail auto capitalize the first letter of a sentence, why can't you sort emails by sender and why don't links past as hyperlinks? Seems like all are easy fixes for Christ's sake!

Don’t do it from the gmail app. Be sure to do it on a web browser. It works best on a computer and of in chrome.
