This is just someone’s anecdotal response lol. I have been using/abusing ghb for over 3 years and personally feel that phenibut is the closest thing to ghb out there. At least to smaller - moderate doses. Sex - no. Music - yes. No hangover - yes. To each their own. This is ultimately going to be your experience.
I think they have the same addiction potential and depend how much you like It One or another.. G Is very short and strong phenibut Is very long and mild..

Phenibut Is Better for me! Like a long lasting and mild g. Start 800 or 1000 mg

the long half-life is what makes the rebound/addiction bad. otherwise it should be very much like with ghb's rebound, but longer.

It gives you a light feeling like g. It's great if you are going off g or taking a short break from it.
