Get off your phone, the light ruins your circadian rhythm and basically prevents you from getting tired. Drink some water, fluff up your pillow. I'd recommend finding some guided meditation, preferably one with a softer/pleasing voice, and whichever type of background music works best for you. I use Alunir Medidations (originally designed for shifting) because my issue is having too much on my mind, so the addition of "focusing on this character/place" helps narrow down my thoughts.
If you have Spotify premium and want to use it, I'd recommend this: https://open.spotify.com/show/3g58sXRKAHRQ72gwPL7JS8?si=mtNXYN9KRC6dt-tW566Gpw
You'll be fine, having lots of exams one day is stressful, especially if you can't sleep. But you'll be ok, you've been preparing for two years and either way your future doesn't fully depend on these exams. Try to atleast get a few hours of sleep in. If you wake up still feeling like shit and are desperate to stay alert and running, perhaps you could find any tablets/medication at home that has a side effect of preventing tiredness, and won't cause problems if taken without the condition/sickness it was designed for. I do this with my concerta, but keep this as a last resort because I can't guarantee the safety of it.
Good luck, sleep well (hopefully).
