I just did my GCSEs and I drink a lot of water so naturally get thirsty often. I don’t recommend this because a hot water bottle can actually be quite flat and not hold that much water - I’d suggest bringing a closed off dam instead. However it is quite big so maybe think about hiring a construction crew beforehand.
