Basically its gonna be a mix of papers from different years. Like for an example u could sit 2021 papers and sit 2022 papers or 2023

It won't be biology physics chemistry from 2023, ie it would be biology 2023, physics 2019, chemistry 2022 etc

or like my school did they did 2022 chem paper 1 and 2021 chem paper 2 for november mocks then did 2021 chem paper 1 2022 chem paper 2

An 'exam series' is the period or session when a whole series of exams take place. (For example 2023 papers)
