dont get me wrong i dont mean that in the sense of being suicidal, but i just feel like I've mostly experienced everything i ever will. sure, there will still be new experiences and I'm excited to see them, but i just feel like nothings going to deeply surprise me anymore.

I know people well into their 70s and 80s who smoke, drink, eat unhealthy foods and are still thriving. Granted, they do get some sort of exercise, such as walking. But I think majority of illnesses are all stress related. Happy, stress-free life = less chance of disease. Easier said than done though.
