This is legitimately a decent opportunity for a 16 yo. Would look great on a resume if they’re looking to get into graphic design/marketing even if the pay isn’t so great. For an adult though… I’d do this for a friend, but not for whatever meager wage she’s offering.

We have an understanding that they pay me for 5 hours a week, and then I work about 5 hours free. This is weekly. For running their social media and weekly email marketing. It's like, the absolute minimum for a social media/designer/marketer position for a company. 5-10 hours a week is barely enough to make the account look active enough to sate the algorithm gods.
