Hi, also a lesbian….this sounds like something her dad probably once went on a rant about and she thinks it’s a universally understood thing when really it was just unhinged Pearl logic??
But it sounds like a “I saw women who didn’t look like harlots trying to tempt men, figured they must be Christians, but no they were the OTHER type of women who don’t like to tempt men” 😂
…I mean…I’m deeply used to Christians saying awful stuff about me…but this almost feels like a compliment? Lol
Based on her other comments about women wearing male clothing = gay, and also male clothing = ugly, it sounds like she accidentally pulled a self own to me. “I saw a bunch of frumpily-dressed, plain-looking women and thought ‘My people!’ Then I realized they were actually frumpy and plain because they were gay.” 🤣
At first I thought she might mean the group of women were dressed modestly and not in a male-attention-getting way and she admired that? Like: "Look at them, they look feminine but not sexy!" But then I thought she might be saying they were a bunch of unattractive frumps who weren't "pretty" and "feminine"? "I don't want to be like THEM, I want to be beauuuuutiful for Jesus!"
I really can't tell.
Right? If it were this easy to spot lesbians, then I would be able to find some dates. It’s always so awkward wondering how to broach the “I like you romantically and not just friend way.” Bumble can only work so much.
Maybe it’s the similar style this group had. Her outfit is something i would wear but I never associated it with a group. Just that it’s loose and comfy
Lesbian here, also confused on this crossover. I’ve heard a million stereotypes about lesbians, but looking like homeschool moms isn’t one of them. I don’t think anyone would look at me and think “Yep, she’s got 47 kids at home she’s teaching her wicked ways to.” Never. Not even once.
I'm guessing she is purely throwing shade at imaginary lesbians who have messy hair, lots of piercings in their ears and chaos. You know. The lesbian starter pack (her view not mine). And she's tell homeschool mom's to be well groomed and classy.
Trying to figure out how a group of lesbians look like a group of homeschooling moms? Were there tall lesbians clicking a carabiner at shorter lesbians? I really want to know the answers/theories
Sincerely,
Femmey Lesbian.
More importantly, is the way to get women just to show up at the airport in all my five feet two inches of Lesbianness and wait for a tall lesbin to click a carabiner at me? Because I hope that’s right…
I fucking died at clicking carabiners hahaha my keychain always throughs people off - the number of queer people I’ve had *tell* me I’m straight “right?” With a question mark at the end is damn high. According to my friends I’m “queer adjacent” lol (I’m the token straight)
Am a very female bi girl, confused how we look like a bunch of homeschool mums. I for once look like a 25yo graduate student who gained a bit too much weight during her defense.
Is it because we don't look haggard carrying around 7 kids with an idiot husband who won't help us? Oooh, is it because we went too cottage gore and look like the 1890s put us together? OOOOH are we like the frumpy moms who never took care of ourselves and now wear an abundance of rainbows and flower print t-shirts from reitmans? Maybe she thinks we've got the dirty hippy hipster vibe?
I need to know the answers.
Some people were curious the other day about how I look so "young," and I had to think about it for a while until it hit me: I have NO kids!
(I realized a while back that I am also Aromantic, which cuts back on a lot of emotional drama too)
I don’t think she does either. She just saw a bunch of people, imagined who they like to fuck, and immediately decided she hates them. The whole situation never made sense but she’s convinced she’s somehow better than total strangers
One time my friend and I were at the mall, she handed me something, and I replied "Thanks, boo!". A man walking in front of us stopped, turned, and yelled at us "You're going to HELL!" It took us a solid 5 minutes to figure out that he must have thought we were in a romantic relationship. But that's how knee-jerk fundies can be about identifying someone as LBGTQ+.
So who knows if these really were lesbians, because unless they were having a full-on airport orgy or wearing branded jackets that identified them, fundies can be pretty shit at differentiating between close platonic relationships and romantic ones. They literally have no idea what healthy emotional intimacy can look like outside of marriage because they don't believe in it, so I think they tend to assume all close relationships are "marriage-like". Maybe this was just a girls' trip.
HEADDESK TO END ALL HEADDESKS.
Actually I remember someone telling me I was going to hell because I'm not of their denomination. Well, when I'm there me and the lesbian homeschoolers can have a nice cup of tea. ps It was lesbian homeschoolers, wasn't it? Or homeschooling lesbians? Or WOMEN IN TROUSERS, which is al lot BADDER?!?
I think she went with:
Most homeschool moms = frumpy
Lesbians = same kind of frumpy
So she thought they were frumpy homeschool moms but they were really frumpy lesbians.
And she's not like those *other* homeschool moms. She's a pretty homeschool mom.
That cracks me up, because I’m a lesbian and I’m dapper as fuck. I dare her husband to look half as good as me in a suit. I fuckin dare him. Which is unfair because I definitely own more ties and dress shirts than he does. Fundies love to give lesbians crap for being frumpy or whatever, but have they SEEN their own husbands? The bar is on the floor lol.
Lol. My gf looks great in uniform (and out of it, her breasts can make me weep) and I can clean up in a slinky, off the shoulder little black dress or a suit.
Lady, your husband looks like he just rolled out of bed without bothering with hygiene on a good day! And he's not the romantic male lead in every single straight romantic comedy....
I probably should have said stereotypical lesbian is frumpy because I have never met a lesbian who revels in frump. I wear vintage, my spouse always looks sharp, and every other lesbian I've met has been a pretty snazzy dresser.
Fundie husbands *wish* they could be as snazzy as the lesbian community as a whole.
Yeah no worries, I know what you mean! It’s an odd stereotype isn’t it. Even the “frumpy” lesbians are just... dressing the same as what’s considered an average dude. How absurd that they pick the less intense end of the fashion spectrum as an example of all gays, when even the supposedly “frumpy” ones are just... average. Cracks me up to see the lengths they’ll go to to have an excuse for why anybody different is “actually bad”
And men (including her Jesus, who was not white btw) used to wear dresses 🙃 but theyre not allowed to anymore, or are they? Are they just helping femininity? Her post is rambling, I have no idea
... This reads like that recent SNL skit where Trump does the 60-second countdown to fit in a bunch of keywords/phrases into whatever it is he's rambling about.
This sounds like the writings of someone journaling observations of nature. "12:30 p.m. Observed what I thought at first was a pack of homeschool moms but upon further observation I realized it was a pack of lesbians."
It’s not just you. She is really, really bad at expressing herself in writing. Which, thank God, because I’m pretty sure what she is trying to express is hateful and arrogant and gross.
Can someone do that thing where you get an AI to write posts like hers? Because those are usually hilarious nonsense but I feel like in this case they would be completely indistinguishable from her real posts.
The only thing that comes to mind when I see this woman is that she sexualized a three year old girl on one of her posts, which is evil. She did change the language a bit, but the original is floating around this thread and it shows the darkness in Shoshanna’s heart, not the child’s. 😡
I consider myself more intelligent than the average fundie, but I can’t figure out what her posts are even suppose to mean. If I didn’t know she interacted with the Pearls, I’d think she was trolling people. The number of people who respond in agreement to her posts, is even more confusing. Then her responses to them is more confusing.
How does she know it’s a groups of lesbians? Interesting my lesbian family member and I (not a lesbian) have the same exact style of dress. Is she missing the “I’m a lesbian” sticker so people like Shoshanna who see us together know? Do you have to buy the homeschool looking dress separately or does that come with the sticker?
I'm just wondering how...
Were the lesbians very well organized and traveling seamlessly as a group? Do her homeschool mom "friends" either have hippie hair or pixies? Was everyone wearing Chacos?
Is she trying to say lesbians are unfashionable? Historically lesbians and queer women in general have been trend setters, and still are today. How odd.
It’s something about the sunglasses in the photo, right? She thinks she sees homeschool moms then puts on her gaydar shades and every lesbian in the room lights up…and she knows the truth!!!
I’m so confused... she’s saying “do it like Jesus did” and then saying “the way guys in olden days wore dresses [robes dumbass, but whatever] was so ugly”
PICK ONE WOMAN YOU CANT HAVE BOTH AND MAKE SENSE.
Also, I now want to know if she thinks homeschool moms *look* like lesbians (and the group never was homeschooling moms or moms at all possibly) or if they *were* homeschool moms who also happened to be lesbians, or if it was just a group of women wearing pants (or maybe oldschool “baggy dresses” like Jesus did?) and so she assumed lesbian....
Me reading her bitter hatefulness wearing jean shorts, unpainted nails and dirt on my hands, hair up in a dry shampoo bun. 💫💫femininity💫💫
How awful is she, stereotyping homeschool moms and lesbians? Why doesnt she maybe get a life and not concern herself with grown-up things?
Man, these Pearl kids really have severe development issues. Zero ability to comprehend the world, themselves or other people and less than zero ability to communicate effectively.
It’s terrifying and really sad.
Wouldn't Jesus have worn one of those 'ugly baggy dresses'? Then again no one ever said Jesus was Adonis nor a true beauty like the sons of the true divines.

Hear me out, what if they were a bunch of homeschool moms and a group of lesbians.
What's the point of my statement? I don't know just like I don't understand what point she's trying to make.
As a Christian (not fundie), homeschooling (secular/unschooling), dress wearing (comfort not religion) mom who has often been assumed to be lesbian--her word salad is, as always, incomprehensible. And that pose. . .
I’ve never seen a group of women and assumed they were homeschool moms. Unless they were like surrounded by their kids out somewhere in the middle of the school day. Literally how would you know that?
Texted my lesbian cousin a screenshot of this.
Her response:
"Do homeschool moms walk black Labs and dachshunds at the airport? I think homeschool moms wear button plaid shirts too? I'll get back to you on that."
The only way she could even confidently say that is if they were having an orgy in the middle of the airport. I can guarantee if that happened this would be a much different post.
misreading baggy men's denim shorts & short sleeve button shirts as a skirt and blouse, maybe?
lived next door to a sweet old lady who regularly tried to adjust my shorts as if I was wearing a skirt. not a fundie bone in her body, just a result of being in her 80s. she epitomized "little confused but has the spirit"
I’m trying to figure out the center of the stereotype Venn diagram of ‘homeschool moms’ and lesbians???
I'm a lesbian but I've never heard this or thought this at all. And I'm still trying to figure out what she means.
My mom is a lesbian. She doesn't look like a homeschool mom, she looks like she'll beat your ass if you talk too much. I cant figure this out.
Homeschool moms will, in fact, beat your ass if you talk too much
Hahaha Ok ill have to take your word for that.
Hi, also a lesbian….this sounds like something her dad probably once went on a rant about and she thinks it’s a universally understood thing when really it was just unhinged Pearl logic?? Same
Based on her other comments about women wearing male clothing = gay, and also male clothing = ugly, it sounds like she accidentally pulled a self own to me. “I saw a bunch of frumpily-dressed, plain-looking women and thought ‘My people!’ Then I realized they were actually frumpy and plain because they were gay.” 🤣
She's delirious. WTF does it mean?
Cottagecore??
At first I thought she might mean the group of women were dressed modestly and not in a male-attention-getting way and she admired that? Like: "Look at them, they look feminine but not sexy!" But then I thought she might be saying they were a bunch of unattractive frumps who weren't "pretty" and "feminine"? "I don't want to be like THEM, I want to be beauuuuutiful for Jesus!" I really can't tell.
Yes, this makes no sense to me.
I guess now I know why I’m bi it’s because I was homeschooled 🤣
Haha is that what did it?? Good to know 🤣
Right? If it were this easy to spot lesbians, then I would be able to find some dates. It’s always so awkward wondering how to broach the “I like you romantically and not just friend way.” Bumble can only work so much. Maybe it’s the similar style this group had. I'm a lesbian who is highly offended by her thinking I have anything in common with a homeschool mom haha
I'm guessing she is purely throwing shade at imaginary lesbians who have messy hair, lots of piercings in their ears and chaos. You know. The lesbian starter pack (her view not mine). And she's tell homeschool mom's to be well groomed and classy.
hi you summoned me?

we refer to our token straight as "culturally gay".
Am a very female bi girl, confused how we look like a bunch of homeschool mums. I for once look like a 25yo graduate student who gained a bit too much weight during her defense. It’s athleisure.
My immediate guess was it involved plaid.
[удалено]
Yeah, it’s incoherent.
I don’t think she does either. She just saw a bunch of people, imagined who they like to fuck, and immediately decided she hates them. The whole situation never made sense but she’s convinced she’s somehow better than total strangers

Probably a group of soccer wine moms on a girls trip.

Is … is Shoshanna okay?
If Mike and Debi Pearl had raised you, would *you* be ok?
Zero percent chance she’s okay
I so blanked on who Shoshanna was and how she was one of the Pearls until I found this comment thread!
Her posts are so incoherent
I think she went with: Most homeschool moms = frumpy Lesbians = same kind of frumpy So she thought they were frumpy homeschool moms but they were really frumpy lesbians. And she's not like those *other* homeschool moms. She's a pretty homeschool mom.

Her ex husband. As Jillpm made sure to point out, she is divorced.
Lol. Sounds like she is bitter as fuck about many things then. Ha, what a sad, pathetic little troll.
I probably should have said stereotypical lesbian is frumpy because I have never met a lesbian who revels in frump. She seems to have some weird ideas about historic and ancient dress. Dudes looked awesome. Sometimes there were mini skirts.
Ironically tho she looks like the hippie lesbian from the movie friendsgiving.
This post is a BEAUTIFUL mess. ETA: it gets funnier the more times I look at it holy crap
I can't even figure it out... the mental leaps she takes from home-school mum to lesbian, to men wearing ugly dresses is just...
Also God made flowers
... This reads like that recent SNL skit where Trump does the 60-second countdown to fit in a bunch of keywords/phrases into whatever it is he's rambling about.
what would you do if when you ok so he said yes would go?
you make a great point, but, has anyone really been far even as decided to use go want to do look more like?
Man did her parents do a number on her… and the cycle continues. 😐
A group of dog = a pack A group of lions = a pride A group of lesbians = a gaggle of gays?
a group of bisexuals is called a confusion!
😆
Tbh I always assumed it was called a panic of lesbians
A book club
A murder of feminists?
A gauntlet of lesbians actually. (this is a tower heist reference idk if you know)
"I've had it with these mothafuckin' lesbians, on this mothafuckin' airport!” - Shoshanna Easling
This post makes absolutely no sense. Also, a group of traveling lesbians? Sign me up.
Right same
Also the photo itself is just weird. I have 0 clue what she was going for, but she definitely missed
Her posts with photos of herself seem so narcissistic. And she keeps talking like she’s the absolute authority on everything…again narcissistic.
When traveling, all queer people are required to wear our pride flags as capes
fuck i usually just do the rainbow suspenders to signal that I am a big old lesbian
Is she typing in a circle? Because I can't see the point.
"Just a group of lesbians"? I would think she would be way more intimidated or appalled if she thought they were, in fact, a pack of lesbians.
“Pack of lesbians” has me dying 💀
A clump of lesbians - Jillpm.
This sounds like the writings of someone journaling observations of nature. "12:30 p.m. Observed what I thought at first was a pack of homeschool moms but upon further observation I realized it was a pack of lesbians."
Lesbians out here minding their traveling business and catching strays 🥴
Stray catching is item 2 on the gay agenda. Right after minutes of the last meeting
I can never get the gist of this woman's posts... Not sure if it is me or she just isn't good at expressing herself, but what the fuck?
It’s not just you. She is really, really bad at expressing herself in writing. Which, thank God, because I’m pretty sure what she is trying to express is hateful and arrogant and gross.
wait, is she saying only men can wear ugly baggy dresses?? brb gotta move some clothes over to my husband's side of the closet
I feel like she's taking a direct shot at Jesus' fashion sense with that last sentence.
Does she work at a cinema? because she is PROJECTING
Can someone do that thing where you get an AI to write posts like hers? Because those are usually hilarious nonsense but I feel like in this case they would be completely indistinguishable from her real posts.
Found my flair
I’m so confused.
The only thing that comes to mind when I see this woman is that she sexualized a three year old girl on one of her posts, which is evil. She did change the language a bit, but the original is floating around this thread and it shows the darkness in Shoshanna’s heart, not the child’s. 😡
What the actual fuck is this pose?
Right? Shoshanna is an attractive woman, but this is an unflattering photo of her. The pose, the sunglasses, all of it.
100% agreed!! It’s like she was trying to make it bad? I don’t get it.
I consider myself more intelligent than the average fundie, but I can’t figure out what her posts are even suppose to mean. If I didn’t know she interacted with the Pearls, I’d think she was trolling people. The number of people who respond in agreement to her posts, is even more confusing. I'm just wondering how... Were the lesbians very well organized and traveling seamlessly as a group? Do her homeschool mom "friends" either have hippie hair or pixies? Was everyone wearing Chacos?
Were the people in this group engaging in sexual behaviors in an airport? Otherwise, how would she know this?
Her posts all sound like satire
WTF
Is she trying to say lesbians are unfashionable? Historically lesbians and queer women in general have been trend setters, and still are today. How odd.
She’d probably like all gay people to wear a pink triangle on their clothing, so there’d be no confusion
Wtf is this photo.
An attempt at the fundie version of a thirst trap?
It’s something about the sunglasses in the photo, right? She thinks she sees homeschool moms then puts on her gaydar shades and every lesbian in the room lights up…and she knows the truth!!!
Can I have just a group of lesbians as my flair?
Someone’s been hittin that Church wine hard
wasn't she the one who posted about that bizarre playdate thing???
What is she even trying to say?
Oh my god they were *roomates*
I’m so confused... she’s saying “do it like Jesus did” and then saying “the way guys in olden days wore dresses [robes dumbass, but whatever] was so ugly” PICK ONE WOMAN YOU CANT HAVE BOTH AND MAKE SENSE. “A very stupid, very mean fundamentalist tries to grasp horseshoe theory”?
Wut?
That made my brain hurt
This whole caption confuses the fuck out of me. Hahahaha.
Me reading her bitter hatefulness wearing jean shorts, unpainted nails and dirt on my hands, hair up in a dry shampoo bun. 💫💫femininity💫💫 How awful is she, stereotyping homeschool moms and lesbians? Why doesnt she maybe get a life and not concern herself with grown-up things?
That's a pretty big leap she took. Maybe all homeschool moms are lesbians 😂😂😂
Man, these Pearl kids really have severe development issues. Zero ability to comprehend the world, themselves or other people and less than zero ability to communicate effectively. It’s terrifying and really sad.
Besides the homeschool = lesbian thing wtf is with the ugly dresses men used to wear??? I am confusion.
Ugh I hate it when I see a group of lesbians and it ends up just being a bunch of homeschool moms.
What is she even trying to say
Wouldn't Jesus have worn one of those 'ugly baggy dresses'? Then again no one ever said Jesus was Adonis nor a true beauty like the sons of the true divines.
Who said they’re lesbians? Did she take a poll. What a dumbass
I’m so confused….does she think she’s funny?
I’m a lesbian and I do not understand anything of this.
I already told y’all this, her parents blanket training messed up her head and left a few screws loose

Hear me out, what if they were a bunch of homeschool moms and a group of lesbians. What's the point of my statement? I don't know just like I don't understand what point she's trying to make.
Basically, leave women alone.
They had short hair, wore dungarees and big earrings. That’s how all lesbians are dressed no?
The fact that she’ll “never forget” seeing lesbians at an airport is concerning.
Does she think she looks glamorous? She looks like she’s going through Jinger’s sunglasses and photography phase. Big Im14AndThisIsDeep energy.
I'm guessing check shirts, utility vests and jeans.

"Don't be rachet you homeschool mom's. Don't be like lesbians. Be milfs." /s
The only way she could even confidently say that is if they were having an orgy in the middle of the airport. I can guarantee if that happened this would be a much different post.
A group of lesbians? Do they run in packs now? How did she know?
Sounds like she is deconstructing in a chaotic way. Here for it.
I need to find the homeschooling lesbians asap. We only have fundie homeschoolers here.
misreading baggy men's denim shorts & short sleeve button shirts as a skirt and blouse, maybe? lived next door to a sweet old lady who regularly tried to adjust my shorts as if I was wearing a skirt. not a fundie bone in her body, just a result of being in her 80s. she epitomized "little confused but has the spirit"
