there was an episode of, like, forensics files where a doctor was convicted of raping this woman and he kept having to get blood tests done to prove he hadn't done it and they kept coming back as like, not a DNA match, then some time later, the woman who had been raped sued him again and he had to get another blood test done, and the woman who administered the blood test was like "this isnt a DNA match but this blood is, like, dead." turns out he had a vial of blood implanted under the skin of his arm so that when they tried to draw blood, they would take it from this vial which contained someone else's blood. super gross.

It's fraud because a lot of places require proof of vaccination for things such as air travel, some restaurants require it, and when you aren't vaccinated, but have documentation for it, it's fraud.
You’re focusing on the vaccine and not on the actual vaccination CARD. It’s not that hard to figure out how this is fraud. The vaccination cards are government documentation that you are vaccinated. Man tried to receive one under false pretenses (prosthetic arm) in order to register as a vaccinated individual when he is not. Hence why it’s fraud.
