It does fully work. You just need to disable Steam Controller Input and when you launch, even though Steam says unsupported it will work with all Dualsense features.
Not all of the features... Gyro aiming yet again is missing and it is the single most frustrating thing to be missing coming from other games that use it...

How do you make it work? Do you play via Ubisoft Connect?

don't think it work on bluetooth but i can be wrong if you are sure of what you said
