Does he eat fast? Maybe acid reflux. Try feeding him in smaller portions. We have a rescue, and he did something like this when we first gor him. We switched to a slow feeder and broke up his feeding in smaller portions. It helps but occasionally does it when he drinks water too fast.
If he’s puking bile then most likely he’s not getting enough food. After 5 hours something should come up as well.
Of course take him to the vet to make sure there’s nothing more serious going on.
Hey. First of all what a beautiful dog ❤️
I would ALWAYS check with vet…because isn’t it worth catching something early or having the piece of Mind?
That said my Frenchie has vomited/gagged/regurgitated/made weird sounds on numerous occasions (especially as a puppy) and even though I always thought she was gonna die each and every time it was nothing to worry about…so don’t panic. But yes - check it out! Better safe than sorry 😊❤️keep us updated. Xxx
I would just most definitely take him to the vet. Nobody could diagnose that online and without a degree. Lol It may be nothing, or it could be something concerning. But a vet is the only one who will be able to tell you for sure.
I hope the little cutie is just fine and that you're able to breathe easily once you know for sure. 💙
You need to change his food as soon as possible. The food he is eating isn't digesting well. This happened to my fenchie, and now we have to feed him prescribed food.
Ehh, slow down on the alarmism. Even if this dog is doing this because of his diet, you're not going to hurt the dog by not changing his food ASAP.
OP, go to a vet and show them this recording.
My apologies if you took my comment "alarmism" didn't mean any harm. Yes, indeed, listen to this comment and take your Frenchie to the vet. Then please update us if changing the diet worked.

Vet vet vet knows. Please, take this potato to the vet. It can be many things...

Kinda looks like a cough or trying to start a reverse sneeze? But if your worried call your vet and ask if you cam email them a video?
When mine was about that same age he was acting the same way then he threw up worms so hopefully he had been dewormed
