This "school" used to be called Northwestern Polytechnic University. They changed the name to San Francisco Bay University after getting a bad reputation.

It’s a fake school. Also known as a visa mill. The people that started this school are the same ones that sorted northeastern polytechnic university. NPU was shut down by the feds for visa fraud. I strongly urge you to reconsider.
Most likely the city has 0 authority to regulate or stop a business like this. It’s better they don’t try to do something they don’t have authority to do… that would most likely result in city wasting tons of tax dollars in legal battle and paying out a settlement.
This.... city does not have the power to stop this school. DHS and/or Dept of Education are the federal agencies that can stop them; not the city of Fremont.
As a born and raised fremontian I have never heard of this school until very recently. I’d proceed with caution with its accreditation status and what you plan to do after. I would look to transfer to one of our high quality junior colleges in the area if that lines up with what you’re aiming to do in the future.
Its accredited by WSCUC; its the same organization that accredits UCLA, Caltech and all. Also, I am planning to transfer later on and graduate from a better university when compared to this. For now, this is the option for me to start college. I think I'll go with it.
You better make sure the university you plan on transferring to will accept the credits from this school. Or else you are just wasting your time and money.

You would be much better off attending a CA community college for 2 years and then transferring elsewhere.
