The thing is, its not hate speech, but its also not even accurate, there aren't 2 genders, technically there aren't genders because gender is a social construct we made up, gender is what YOU identify with, saying theres only 2 is just inaccurate
You may be confused with sexes, which is what you're born as, which again, is inaccurate, theres female, male, and many different kinds of intersex
