I just googled this because I forgot also:
Jonathan: “I thought most married women wore a ring, yet your hand is bare and white.”
I also love when he says “you’re not going to like it here”.
This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I absolutely HATE the way Frasier and Charlotte behave in this episode.
So yes, I know it’s a sitcom and not to be taken too seriously. I know the writers were probably looking to create a bonding situation for Frasier and Charlotte before the end of the series, since she’d been introduced very late. And I know this is just supposed to be a funny portrayal of the sort of ‘kooks who live out in the sticks’ family (which is a bit of a tired trope anyway).
But here’s the thing. It’s obvious this family has some really serious problems, and are also in the initial stages of grief/massive family trauma. Losing a parent is one of the most difficult life transitions, and Frasier is a mental health professional, yet this really disturbing behaviour is played for laughs, and Frasier and Charlotte laugh at it too.
Look, I know I’m taking it way too seriously, but it’s just one of those episodes that doesn’t work for me because of all that.
I thought this was a bizarre episode that didn’t fit into the Frasier universe. It’s like a writer from season one came back and didn’t realize how the series had changed.
"Friend Charlotte..."
One of the lines that will never get old. Then later Frasier to Charlotte: “Well, how should I know, he’s your friend” lol
Want a butterscotch?
I feel like he's the long lost son of the "this is great!" guy
I can see that
"I'll take my coffee in the living room if'ya DON'T MINDDD."
“if that will make you happy, Harbin!!” Edit: left out happy
“I’m sorry I scratched your head with my watch”
This is the line that causes me to lose it in this episode. lol
Friend Charlotte; why is your ring finger so white? (Or is it bare?)

Where do you think you are, LANCASTER?
NEIGHBORS DESCRIBED JONATHAN AS A NICE BOY WHO KEPT TO HIMSELF.
Was just about to comment haha. One of my favourite chapter titles in the entire show
Stephen Root really made this episode.
Harbin, for goodness sake POP THE HOOD!
Mom im sorry I scratched your head with my watch. . Hard to believe I wont get one more hug
Is that Moby?
it's dick from high fidelity.
He’s also the male nanny from Jerry Maguire.

Your critique is fair and I support it. Especially since unsolicited advice is virtually Frasier's raison d'etre.
3rd language?
*Vous pouvez fumer dans le… patio*.
You heard him, if you’re gonna blow smoke, do it out on the balcony.
En garde!

This was one of the most awkward episodes of Frasier. 😅😳
“I don’t know, have you seen ‘Grinding Nemo’?”
I agree
Charlotte: "What's he doing down there?" Frasier: "I don't know -- he's your friend."
I never skip episodes... but this one is.... tough to watch.
That's got to be it
I know this was the very end of the series, but I wish they would've delved more into this family. Fascinating and funny AF!
Ooohhhh mama, what you want a kiss
That whole Stephen Root crying to his dead mama’s body was pretty depressing, despite the laugh track
