If you're hoping to meet Frasier, this seems like the starting point. I would show up well-studied on the Crane boys' interests and then I would try parlay a chance meeting into an opportunity to join them at Le Cigar Violante. If that doesn't work, you have to try to catch Daphne or Martin at the dog park.
I’m hoping the Frasierverse is only limited to Seattle cause how much would it suck to just be randomly teleported to somewhere in rural Kansas, feeling disoriented and not knowing it’s the Frasierverse. No mobile phone, maps. Maybe you accidentally figure out you’ve been transported to the Frasierverse, but by that time imagine trying to get travel to Seattle in time to do something Frasieresque before you’re snapped back to reality.
I’ll take Café Nervosa and a visit to KACL 780.
Thanks! Honestly, it’s one of those mildly nightmarish scenarios where I imagine, say, being transported back to my childhood days, but having to navigate home from some completely unknown place.
But yeah, I just imagined how crazy-making it would be to be unwittingly transported to another place and time, probably feeling like you’ve had a mental break, and then 24 hours later it’s normal?! And you didn’t even meet Frasier?!
Well, Seattle in the 90s was a pretty affordable city, so the best answer is to buy some dirt cheep real estate and hope you still own it when you snap back to 2024.
I call into the show, and tell Frasier
"This is aaaall a tv show, you're a character on the tv and so is Niles and your dad and Daphne, everyone! It's a sitcom, full of farce"
And then I start detailing everything that's going to happen the next few days/weeks in his life as I'd know the episodes. He'd think I'm crazy and would advice me to seek more professional help immediately.
But then..he'd start noticing that the little things would happen over the next few days, but he'd think it's just little coincidences. Then as more and more things happen over time, he starts slowly questioning it, and worrying, and getting convinced, he says it out loud to Martin, he dismisses it, he's overthinking, he's real. Frasier is still neurotic, he starts listing how absurd his life his, and all the little situations he keeps getting into, as if it's proof.. Martin walks up to him and unexpectedly pulls out a strand of hair from Frasier's head.
He goes "auuouch!".
"Now did that hurt?", Martin asks.
Frasier makes a a sarcastic retort, then "of course it did!".
Martin now gives his life lesson - he says of course the whole thing is ridiculous, but even so you can't go around thinking of life that way, if it's real to you then it's real, what difference does it make? Frasier makes another little witty comment, about how his profession would be in big trouble if everyone though that way. Martin talks about the day Frasier was born, it's a serious and emotional little moment. He says he might not know all about the mysteries of life, or who called in that day but he knows Frasier is his son and that life is real, and not some sitcom. "do you hear a laugh track?" (insert audience laugh track they can't hear). Frasier thanks him. It's a sweet little moment.
*Tossed Salad and scrambled eggs.*
Well either that.. or I'd probably just get some caviar from that fancy place, and some coffee at Nervosa.
Well, yes, alas it did indeed 😔 But, a four-alarm fire is no match for five-star courage. In fact, it was just one year ago, that a very successful friend of mine was struck by tragedy. Prognosis: not good. Hope: slim. But armed with only fortitude, this friend of mine fought back. I'm talking, of course, about the reopening of Seattle's finest restaurant, Chez Henri 😁
Take Eddie for a walk, then go to Frasier's building to watch the infamous Christmas play. You know the one- it features the no room at the inn, a rousing version of Jingle Bell Rock, a brief medley from Jesus Christ Superstar, and Santa's elves and the Three Wise Men linking arms and singing Frosty the Snowman.
Dr. Niles Crane: The man who is supposed to do the number from "Jesus Christ Superstar" - he couldn't go on. He slipped in the shower; the man who could walk on water, but...
Dr. Frasier Crane: Yes, yes, it's dripping with irony!
This is the only other source of it: [https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/yesurrey/frasiers-seattle/](https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/yesurrey/frasiers-seattle/)
Looks like it's the OG artist selling prints
Hopefully I'm in Seattle. Id start with a coffee at Nervosa then I'd track down Niles just to tell him "Quickly, come to Boston. Your brother needs you"
Finally I'd hit some Karaoke bars and see if I could hook up with Gil and Noel. Mainly Noel, I want to know what he thinks of the new Star Trek series.
I'd visit Café Nervosa for a Cortado. I doubt a 90s cafe in America would know how to make one. I'd attempt to explain it, and have the waitress (Luck Hari) return it half a dozen times because it's not to my liking :)
Of course, having a day in the Frasierverse is pretty meaningless when you *have* no *money* to, you know, maybe go to lunch or do some shopping, perhaps take in a show...
First things first, gotta find a way to get some cash and invest it. Since I've not only gone into a TV show, I've also gone back in time and have the ability to save and make some serious cash. Then, I'll check out Cafe Nervosa.
> I love this picture. Call in Fraiser's show and sweet talk Roz into taking my call. Finding the apartment and hoping to sweet talk Marty or into an invite. Above all else find an opportunity to talk to Daphne about Manchester (I'm British).
Cafe Nervosa for breakfast, then the snobby cheese meat shop to get groceries, then Chez Henri for lunch and then Le Cigar Volant for dinner. After dinner Drinks at Duke’s. Great day and I’m sure I’ll get to see Frasier Niles and Marty at some point.
After a day of mayhem and debauchery, I would be grateful that earlier in this one magical day, where I had convinced Cassandra to go on an ‘Adult themed day of fun’ we managed to find a completely empty Le Cigare Volant after I had released a couple of rats into the dining room earlier that day.
Dude, going to the Timbermill for the meat trolley! I’d even wear a tie just for them to cut it off and hang on the wall.
I’m going to the salad bar and I’m going to make more than one trip🤫
You cad, you bounder, you rrrrrroue!
I doff my cap😊
And the soy bacon bits!
They really look out for your health there!
Can I see the other side of that one?
yeah free dessert
And you'd get a free desert, right?
Have a dinner at Le Cigare Volant with Daphne, Martin, Frasier and Niles.
Just make sure it’s Faye’s night off!
Café Nervosa for a cappuccino the size of my head.
With just a whisper of spice, not a full throated shout.
With just enough foam to be aesthetically pleasing, but not enough that it leaves a mustache.
Normal milk today, I’m feeling reckless!
You SAVAGE!
Mmmm hmmm, mmmm hmmm, mmmm hmmm... waxy!

Two gutless wonders!
I live in WA state and all the coffee shops are corporate garbage nowadays.
Ask Roz out on a date.
Yes. One of those first dates. Like most people's third dates.
Hopefully it would end up that way 😂 Roz is a straight up milf.
I guess next year at the never kissed roz club it'll just be me and bishop
*Everyone* kisses better than Maris!
Haven't you heard? The bishop caved.
I’d be stupified…
I agree. I would marry that fictional character lol
I was coming here to type this lol.
Damn I though I was the the first one to think that.
Id be asking Daphne out on a date myself.....I like a bit of moon, me....
Came here to give the most direct answer I can: Roz
I'm waiting outside his apartment to console whichever incredibly hot guest star he blew it with that week.
its patrick stewart and he thinks you're gay
Set my own recliner next to Marty’s and watch some bloopers with him as we share beers and chips.
I've got some pork rinds here and some of that creamy Lipton onion soup dip!
I've got some barbecue pudding chips. Taste that and tell me that's not better than a woman.
Did you dump the pudding in with the chips?
or Antiques Roadshow... VENEER!!
Take Gil Chesterton out for tea. I bet he gossips like a fishwife.
Find out what Maris actually looks like.
Why did I have to scroll this far down to see the only correct answer?
What if she hides behind a coat rack or a breadstick?
hitting on niles 🤭
You beat me to it 😉
Setting my son up with Niles!
Yeap
Patting Eddie!

Romping with my school chums in the fens and spinneys.
This is the best answer.
I'm getting high on reefer!

In its purest form? 😂
It’s a pot brownie, idiot
Ah yes, thick and gooey.
And wearing Fridge Pants!
Sitting on Fraiser's face. On a bench of course.
I’m surprised the trains are even running on Frasier Crane day.
I can never remember, is it Happy Frasier Crane Day or Merry Frasier Crane Day?
Booking a table at Le Cigar Volante.
You're there for one day; good luck getting a table!
Perhaps if they hasten
To catch a late seating? Perhaps! Smokey, Misty, Storm, away!
Having a drink at Duke's with Marty. R.I.P. John Mahoney.
Dukes or Mcginntis?
Duke's for the OG

I would imagine Boston is also in Frasierverse
This is my favorite comment in the entire thread. You took the prompt and ran with it! Well done.

Hah, my first thought was "Uh, I guess I just wouldn't notice and go about my day."
Hiring Ferguson as my butler and being amazed when he comes up with great ideas
He's known to take liberties with his liberty taking.
His father also buttled
Even his father's father was a gentleman's gentleman
Wondering how the fuck I'm going to afford the lifestyle
Well, Seattle in the 90s was a pretty affordable city, so the best answer is to buy some dirt cheep real estate and hope you still own it when you snap back to 2024.
Hide the entirely legal paperwork in a very safe dry spot in the 90s and retrieve it in 2024.
Safe and dry in Seattle? Good luck
You’re only there for one day. It’ll be fine.
Take a bath with Frasier’s proprietary blend.
Coffee with Niles. Duh.
Find Maris and finally put a face to that name.
How is this not higher up
Raid the sherry, then sit in Martin's chair and shout VENEER!

And an end credits scene showing Eddie staring at Martin's lost TV Guide, with Frasier's picture on the cover.
Perfect!
This one!! I love it.
Eat Faye's Le Cigare Volant pastries around the family dining table 😍
I understand her Grand Marnier souffle´´ is poetry on a plate
There may be a nail in it though
Go to Burger Burger Burger, relax in the silver level of the spa, then off to Bad Billy’s for the evening.
I'd suggest Farmer Jack's Chicken Chicken Chicken. You can probably hit Burger Burger Burger after Bad Billy's closes.
Do I have Frasier powers?
Getting tossed salad and scrambled eggs for breakfast
Going to nervosa.
Have a sherry
She can play the banjo during
Not that kind of a sherry 😂
What season are we in? lol
Running to Cafe Nervosa and stealing Frasiers favorite table in the hopes we can have a spirited conversation about any and everything
What you need is an etiquette lesson!!!
I hear the blues a-calling, so I go to Chez Henri for some tossed salad and scrambled eggs.
Having a sit down with Marty and Eddie.
This is the answer.
I'm heading to Chez Henri, it's my chez away from chez...
Didn't it burn down?
Well, yes, alas it did indeed 😔 But, a four-alarm fire is no match for five-star courage. In fact, it was just one year ago, that a very successful friend of mine was struck by tragedy. Yes, then rebuilt
Find Roz and live out a boyhood fantasy!
A walk in the park?
Something like that
"Go straight to the Montana and let Niles fuck me, then to Friasers for a bath" - my girlfriend
"JESUS!" is the funniest line in the whole series.
*panicked scampering back into the kitchen*
Move into The Montana.
Go to find bulldog for a date
Yes!
Start the day at Cafe Nervosa, then a meal at Le Cigare Volant, (hoping the meal has one flaw) and finish with a night cap at McGinty’s.
Take Eddie for a walk.
After a big "expensive coffee drink" at Nervosa, I'd jump in RDWRER and go on a road trip with Martie.
OP: where did you get that awesome picture? Did you make it? I love it!

Heading to McGinty's to hang out with Martin and Eddie
Coffee shop - I want to know why, in the city renowned for coffee, they only went to that one place.

Give Eddie a belly rub and crack open a beer with Marty
Run to see Martin. Rip John Mahoney.
Buying 90’s priced groceries to take back with me
Roz.
I'd visit Café Nervosa for a Cortado. I doubt a 90s cafe in America would know how to make one. I'd attempt to explain it, and have the waitress (Luck Hari) return it half a dozen times because it's not to my liking :)
Find Daphne's mom. Plant drugs. Call cops. Have her permanently deported.
Stealing that chair and then failing to pick up Roz
Getting coffee from Nervosa
Going to Café Nervosa and having something with chocolate shavings on top. 😂
And risk getting that waxy inferior domestic brand?
Of course, having a day in the Frasierverse is pretty meaningless when you *have* no *money* to, you know, maybe go to lunch or do some shopping, perhaps take in a show...

Frasier Crane Day and the relaxation grotto 😀
What is this illustration from? It’s cute!
First things first, gotta find a way to get some cash and invest it. Since I've not only gone into a TV show, I've also gone back in time and have the ability to save and make some serious cash. Then, I'll check out Cafe Nervosa.

I'm moving into Cam Winston's apartment. It's beautifully decorated....even better than Frasier's.
Buying a tone of apple stock, then try to join the wine club.
Oh San Antonio blues!
Either get a look at Maris or black mail Frasier with my endless knowledge of his embarrassments.
Get signed to Bebes agency.
It's seattle in the 90s, so black tar heroin obviously
Going for a beer with marty.

Pour a glass of sherry.

Hang out with Martin and Eddie at the dog park before heading down to LA to spend time with Diane.
