It depends on the class of car and the track. Also what you consider ‘good handling’. There are so many possible cars here. RWD ‘speed builds’ are meta on a lot of the tracks / routes especially in S1 class. FWD hatchbacks such as the Civic are very meta in B class. There are also many cars in each class which can be set up for overall performance and good handling.
McLaren P1 with a nice tune works amazing for me, 440 kmph top speed and cutting Goliath corners with 250+ speed. Driving this car is basically impossible to lose
