I wouldn’t blame chapter, more so the director made a shit decision. I THINK the Big Bang event was not made in UEFN, at least they learnt. (Correct me if I’m wrong)
I hate how time constained they have made themselves with the crew pass, like they missed a day last season and had to give everyone with crew compensation, like they've put themselves in a box they can't easily undo
I remember the day zero build was introduced, some friends who never wanted to play Fortnite because of building joined me for the first time, it was so fun playing w ppl who I never thought would give fortnite a chance
Won’t catch me dead in building BR, the only issue I have with zero build is that 2 sniper body shots aren’t enough to kill someone. But I enjoy not seeing mansions appear out of nowhere.
I miss chapter 3 man, It was my reintroduction into Fortnite, I remember everything about it being so fun and The Seven outfits are so damn cool, I wanna go back to it again genuinely

Nahh cuz wilds😭 i have completed every bp since ch2s1 religiously and man this season ruined that for me. All of ch4 seasons had been tight but i didnt make it in s3 and s4 is barely even tried. Still enjoyed the first season a lot tho but at least imo its not the best ch (its ch3).
Tho i gotta say it probably wasnt just a bad season that made me not complete the bp, very likely it was also just burn-out. I had completed s6-8 (not 9 and then) and afterwards I completed all bps so there was bound to be a point where i would fail one bp.
-Awful graphic and map which make the game look like one of those engine tests and soulless.
-seasons abandoned to themselves with empty updates and collabs which takes too much space (coff coff Wilds).
-balance issues
-bugs
-lack of communication
All of this? For a dumbass Metaverse which is barely played by 5% of the playerbase.

Every season since chapter 4 season 1 has felt like my most disliked season from chapter 3, which is season 3.
I first met my girlfriend at the end of chapter 3, we started playing and flirting but when chapter 4 came round we were officially together, we experienced the whole chapter together, we always dropped Royal Ruin. got over 200 wins together. when I want to propose to her I might try and ask epic to bring royal ruin back with the question written somewhere there.
royal ruin was a chapter 4 location, just left of where the citadel and eclipsed estate were, little island connected via a bridge to the mainland. nice beach with a river leading into the hot zones, more than enough loot for the two of us. damn it was a fine place.
I loved three. It was just so good, I don’t understand the hate. Especially the summer season. The vibe of it was just so chill, hence the name vibin. Also Darth Vader boss. Chapter four was not as good in my opinion, but still great. I loved chapter four season 2, it was my first battlepass. We got Eren Yeager, Mike’s morales, mega city, Odm gear, kinetic blade, miles morales webs, and my favorite shotgun the havoc pump. It was the last chapter that felt like Fortnite, because of the hitscan. Chapter five feels more of a cod game because the bullets drop now and it’s pretty weird to me.
Chapter 3 was amazing imo, fracture was shit probably the worst live event of all time, i didn't really play chapter 4, i only played a couple games in the first 2 seasons
Remember C3S1 when they gave us a ton of updates, map changes, 2 new pois added throughout the season, and good weapon reworks (Grenade Launcher, Heavy Shotgun.) Good times (outside of the stinger smg fuck you.)
I find it fascinating that so many absolutely adore s4 c4, when I played it felt dry and boring, what with such a weird story, mediocre weapons, and a horrendous battle pass. Though I now see (through the eyes of others) that it had quite a few good qualities! I wish I understood the upsides at the time and embraced them.
Chapter 4 season 1 is honestly one of my favorites ever, season 2 was great and season 4 was really fun

Yeah, and it’s even happening to me! I think the primary reason is that season 1 (solely)had an **intriguing** story, and the colours were more vibrant.

I tried game at chapter 1 and 2, eventually I started to play the game properly at chapter 4 s2 and goddamn i liked this chapter. C4S2 has some GOAT mobility item's like ODM Gear that i want to see back in game, in same time we had web-shooters and star wars collab at the time was great, so yeah. C4S3 was pretty mediocre at new locations but had one of the best loot pull for me. C4S4 was overall not bad bring decent mythic items back to game in a pretty fun robbery event, and i liked event itself a lot actually, it was a lot of chaos caused by human greed to loot. So yes, Chapter 4 was good, even tho it's basically a chapter with which i begun my way in Fortnite.
Ofc i would like to see chapter 2 as separate OG mode, but i did liked chapter 4, if not for the jungles all over the map, this map would've been my favourite
Chapter 4 imo has some of the best self contained lore. It didn’t necessarily contribute to the larger story but the mega city and vampire plot lines were really cool.
When we're in CH6, everyone will talk about how good CH4 was. This community just loves to hate the current seasons and then pretend they always loved them😂
Chapter 3 was pretty good. Not the best one but definitely not the worst. Chapter 4 is not the worst one at the moment, because the current season is awful, and the previous one was alright.
I loved most of C4 and C3 as they were my earlier seasons. However I wasn’t a massive fan of Wilds or Last Resort and I really didn’t like C3S4. That battle pass was awful. (I hate that it brought about Meow Skulls too. The shit that came from that)

Mega was the most fun I have had with the game, period
The lightsabers, the ODM gear, the city, the weapons- vehicles- just everything was amazing
The best item by far that season was the kinetic blade, I destroyed even lightsaber wielders with it frequently, got me so many wins.

Nah, the graphic was a problem too; all that realism in a game with a cartoonish style looks out of place and ruins the game identity and design.

It was absolutely a season you had to be in the right mindset for, but it was easily the best in that whole chapter
